Welcome to The Village at Blue Mountain Beach 413, located in a gated complex directly off Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. The location speaks for itself being within walking distance to beach shops, restaurants, and most importantly a private deeded beach access.

When you return from the beach head to the beautiful complex pool. Surrounding the pool, you'll find several loungers and tables as well as the fitness center. Once you've burned off those calories, don't forget to check out Blue Mountain Creamery. The best ice cream in the area!

You can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master includes a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and easy access to the shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed should you need to sleep another 2 guests.

Blue Mountain Beach:
The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Accommodation was very good but the condo smelt musty on srrival. Wifi was very patchy. Full length needed in property.

Whenever guests have issues with the WiFi we can only trouble shoot and try to make contact with the relevant company. Great Condo

We needed a place near our son and his family so this was the perfect situation. We had to extend our stay, a day in the beginning and end, at the last minute and your management was more than helpful for this request so we are most appreciative of all their help. Just a very great experience. Having a washer and dryer, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms one with a walk in shower was just what we needed. Walked to Mimmo’s and the ice cream place, so convenient to so many places we needed to go. Hopefully see you again in the fall.
