Introducing TexSeas in the Grove by the Sea community. This property features a spacious 2-bedroom home plus a 2-bedroom carriage house, ideal for extended families or multi-family vacations. Main (Sleeps 4)
1st floor: Explore your inviting space! Step into the living area featuring a smart TV and a selection of books. The dining area, conveniently located at the back of the kitchen, provides ample space for gatherings and comfortably accommodates up to six guests around the wooden-style table. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including a kettle, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Additionally, when you step out from the living room door, you'll find a complete seating area on the balcony, furnished with chairs that can accommodate four people and a small table that seats two, offering a delightful space for relaxation and enjoyment. With convenient amenities like a washer and dryer, this home offers both comfort and functionality, ensuring a memorable stay.

2nd floor: You'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other serving as the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are outfitted with their own tv's, private bathroom, and balcony. Each bathroom features a separate shower area, while the balconies offer ample space to relax, complete with a hanging sofa ideal for enjoying the view and savoring your morning coffee!

Carriage House (Sleeps 4)
Conveniently located above the garage and accessible via exterior stairs to the left of the garage, by the fire pit, or from the second floor of the main house, there is a full bath to be shared between the two bedrooms there as well. Our Carriage space offers seamless connectivity from Bedroom 3 with an adjoining door to Bedroom 4 and a shared balcony accessible from any bedroom. This space is fully equipped with modern amenities including a washer and dryer, Keurig, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, and dining table. Families with young ones will appreciate the added convenience of the crib (linen is not provided). Relax on a comfortable queen bed and enjoy balcony access for added relaxation.

Carriage:
2nd-floor Bedroom 3: Queen bed, chair, shared full bathroom, balcony access, and an adjacent barn - door connected to Bedroom 4.
2nd-floor Bedroom 4: Queen bed, balcony access, crib (no linen provided), access to the kitchenette, and the door to the exterior stairs leading down to the firepit.

Grove by the Sea:
As its name implies, The Grove by the Sea neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-lined community located directly across from the beautiful emerald beaches of South Walton. Beach access is an easy walk from the home, and there are 2 private neighborhood pools that are heated in the fall and winter, plus a tennis court. Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Watersound, Alys, and Rosemary make it an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
