This charming 2-story townhouse is nestled beside a tranquil pond, offering a serene backdrop for your beach retreat. You'll adore the two spacious balconies and a deck that provide the perfect setting for enjoying the fresh sea breeze or sipping your morning coffee. When you're ready for a refreshing dip, the community pool is just a stone's throw away.

When you're ready to hit the beach, you're a mere 2-minute walk to the public beach access. Plus, to make your beach excursions even more convenient and enjoyable, we provide a complimentary golf cart for your use during your stay. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great place at a reasonable price, this is it!

What a beautiful place and area! Nice and quiet but still within a couple miles from pier park. Very comfortable, quiet back yard and deck with a pond that’s very serene with the little waterfall. It was nice having balconies off of the bedrooms. The ocean is a quick 2 minute walk. This part of the beach was never over crowded. Walking distance to a convienant store and a some great places for breakfast and lunch is very nice also. No need to get in the car for everything. If you’re looking for a great place at a reasonable price, this is it!

Our stay at 34 Chateau was a delightful experience! The decor was pleasant, the accommodations were clean and bright. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful also.All in All a very good trip to a beautiful beach! Going back next year for sure!
