Splash 1002E is located on the 10th Floor of the East tower for soaring views of the Gulf coast. Enjoy walking out to the Gulf-front balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and spot the amazing sea life below from a bird’s eye view.

The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. This unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed plus there's a twin rollaway bed.

This Gulf-front resort sits right on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach, providing you with unbeatable access to swimming, kayaking, and surfing. You’ll be only a few steps from sunset cocktails at the onsite Riptide Snack Bar.

If you're looking to explore the area, head 3 miles down the road to Gulf World, the Russell-Fields Pier, and Pier Park, which is home to over 100 stores, great restaurants, movie theaters, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. You'll also be 8 miles east of Rosemary Beach and scenic drives along 30A.

Splash Resort Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time fee of $25 + tax will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
