Located in Seagrove Beach in the gated Majestica Beach Subdivision, this nicely decorated beach home is less than a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beaches or to the community pool. Stargazer is on the south side of Scenic 30A. Great location to bike or ride to shops, dining and entertainment between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

The vacation home's main level is an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, full bath, one bedroom and laundry area. The bedroom features a queen-size bed. The living room offers a 40 inch flat screen TV and game table.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, a spacious bathroom and French doors opening to the second floor balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and French doors leading to the balcony. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is also a full bath shared by the second and third bedrooms.

The crow's nest features built in seating with a mini refrigerator, sink and counter area. The deck of the crow's nest is a great place for your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail while you are relaxing and enjoying the night sky.

All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player plus the home is outfitted with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Outside you'll find an outdoor shower to help get rid of all that beach sand and a charcoal grill for your BBQ dinners.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
