Welcome to Pour Some Sugar On Me in the Village of Sugar Beach! This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach home is just a 5-minute stroll to the shore, offers the epitome of coastal living, and sleeps up to 12 guests. Dive into relaxation with your own private pool and expansive backyard, perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding. Bring your furry friends along - we're dog-friendly!

Inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy space adorned with refreshing pops of blue and soothing neutrals, setting the stage for your Seagrove vacation. Enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV in the living area or gather around the dining table for 8. Need more seating? The counter bar accommodates 3, with additional outdoor seating available.

Convenience is key with a bedroom located on the first floor, while the second floor houses three more bedrooms and a cozy desk area ideal for work or study. Ascend to the third floor to discover a luxurious king suite, complete with a mini-fridge to keep your beverages cool. Step out onto the balcony for breathtaking Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets.

With a golf cart included, exploring the 30A area is a breeze. Whether it's a family getaway or a special occasion with friends, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Experience the ultimate beach retreat at "Pour Some Sugar On Me" - your dream vacation awaits!

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and shared hallway bath
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle, TV and shared hallway bath
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: King bed with private balcony with Gulf views. Private bathroom with dual vanities.

Beach Access:
Head west on Sugar Sand Lane and turn left on Somerset Bridge. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.
Distance: .3 miles |Time: 5 minutes walking

Village of Sugar Beach:
Village of Sugar Beach is in the heart of Seagrove and just short walk across 30A to the sugar sand beaches. This community has no thru streets so there is minimal traffic making it safe for the kids. There is a community pool for the entire family to enjoy. Local shops and favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Minutes away is Deer Lake State Park, offering miles of biking trails. Seaside is only a 1 ½ miles away where you can enjoy events throughout the year.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Amazing!!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our long weekend bachelorette party. The house was more beautiful than the pictures and Benchmark’s attentive service was unmatched. The house itself was perfect for 10 girls. The backyard was large and we loved being able to heat the pool, since it wasn’t quite warm enough the use without it. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were only a short walk to the beach, and only a golf cart ride away from anywhere else we needed to go. The house was very cozy and comfortable and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location, minutes from the beach, close to some of best restaurants!!! The pool was so refreshing after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay again at Pour done sugar on me!

Perry Vacation

We had a great time at this house. Our only complaint was the upper bedroom needs its own HVAC. It was hot on the 3rd and the same AC cooled the 2nd floor and they needed blankets. The AC had to work too hard. The rest of the house was great.

Even better than expected

The house was even better than pictured online! So spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the games and the pool was a dream for our two families! I will warn you that if climbing stairs is difficult for you, this may not be the place for you. The location was wonderful! Although the walk to the beach is not far, there is only a small section of public beach right in front of the boardwalk and you have to walk further down to more public access- this made trips with all of our beach gear and little ones in tow pretty treacherous in the heat. Overall this house far exceeded my expectations and I hope to return to this property again!

Wonderful beach house!!

This house was perfect for our large family. There was an abundance of space inside and out for adults teenagers and children to hangout. The house was decorated so well and gave that perfect beach house feel. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and super convenient. Would totally recommend this property!
