Our family (2 adults & 2 kids) loved staying in this condo. The furnishings and decor are simply beautiful. Spacious family room and bedroom - our kids loved the hallway bunks. The location is the best part - lots of things to walk to (doughnuts, souvenir shop, restaurant) - this first floor condo is located right at the steps to the beach, which is perfect. The view is unbelievable. Great stay! We will definitely book again.

Our Stay

The step off the patio needs to have a strip of paint to show up better. Being the same material as the sidewalk makes it very difficult to see.

The Palms of Seagrove 4C is a great condo located right on the gulf. It is easy to step out on the grassy area and walk down the steps to stroll on the beach. Benchmark management staff were very good to work with. We will be back.

Fully updated, clean condo with fantastic beach access. Walk out the back patio and about 20 steps across the grass to the deck walkway down to the white sand beach.
Also just a couple of blocks down from the Vacaczyn bike rental shop where we rented bikes; and a bike path right in front of the property that can take you miles along 30A to other scenic areas. Definitely recommend this place! We would absolutely stay here again!

This is my family's second time to rent property at this location. And it was great stay. Did not disappoint. The property's management was available to address a minor problem we had on Easter Sunday! You will get your money's worth. We initially booked this property for easy beach access, but now we know how responsive and caring they are.

Great place on the beach

Great location near but not "in town".
First floor, only a few steps to beach.
Set up is great for a couple, no more than 2 small kids. More than 4 adults on a budget, someone sleeps on the tile floor !
Would go to this place again.

Recent upgrades excellent; lighting excellent (we like to read) A good unit; would stay again. HVAC thermoset difficult, overkill tech. 2nd bath needs counter/shelf. Unable to operate MBath shower. Mattress tired, needs replacing. Non-tenants take up parking spaces & use "private beach" real bad, need to remedy situation.

Palms C4 was beautiful! We booked this unit because we decided to come to FL a few days early, we were already booked to stay in C7 (another gorgeous unit we stayed in after C4). This ground level unit made getting to the beach a breeze! Right out the back door. Wonderful updates and kitchen was SO stocked! The location is perfect for renting bikes and riding to Seaside. I have nothing bad to say about this unit or Benchmark Management, they are very responsive and a pleasure to work with! Hats off to the cleaning company was SPOTLESS. We will be back.

I love all of the things they did to update the unit! Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and we had a wonderful time. The only suggestion I would give is to put the curtains back up instead of the screen. But that is just a suggestion.

Great relaxing time at Seagrove

We come to this area along 30A each winter. We come to get away from the colder weather in our state. We walk the beach almost every day for enjoyment, exercise and to experience the Lords gifts. We come to renew our spirits and our strength. This area is ideal for what we want to do during January and February.

We stayed in Palms C4 only a few days after Hurricane Michael and we were thrilled that Garrett Realty was able to make it happen! The location of this condo is ideal, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and Seaside square. The beach area was amazing and the pool well kept. The condo itself was clean and neat, but at this point badly in need of paint and updating.

We had a wonderful time! The location was amazing. The beds weren't that comfortable. I would suggest bringing extra pillows. But you aren't there for the beds! You can't beat the view and proximity to the beach! The green grass area is great for kids to run around and play! Watch out for raccoons! We were sitting on the patio enjoying a beverage when a raccoon walked right by! Then about 5 minutes later proceeded to come at us and climbed onto the chairs! We were safe in the condo!

Wow what a great Mothers Day weekend for me, my Mother and my daughter. This is a charming unit that walks out to the beach! With 2 bathrooms it easily works for the 6 it sleeps and walking distance to shops and great restaurants. Love the new patio furniture since our last visit. We will be back!

C4--Great place to stay! Above my expectations. The bed was MOST comfortable. The beach decor was pleasant and made it feel like a beach home not a stale rental. Being able to walk straight from the living room out to the beach was a plus & being able to see the ocean while in the kitchen was really cool. Nice neighbors. Garrett - you made my vacation easy! A pleasure to have stayed in Seagrove. I recommend this place and Garrett Realty Services. Thank you for letting me stay here.

My stay was perfect! The condo was perfect! As for the bunks built into the hallway, an average size women can sleep there comfortably. Loved being so close to the beach. I had been told about how the staff in the office provided excellent customer service before. And I got to experience it for myself. Checkout was 10:00. My flight did not leave until 5:30 that evening. They kept my bags and printed my boarding pass for me. Then I was able to continue enjoying my stay sitting on the beach, doing last minute shopping and riding bikes. We will definitely be staying at the Palms again.

We stayed in this unit last summer. It is not a large unit, but it is nice. You really can't beat the location or the price. When you step off the patio, you are only a few steps from the walkway to the beach. The grassy area outside of the condo makes a great place for kids to play. My kids loved the bunk beds even though they are just in the hallway. All in all this place is great for a small family.
