Seagrove at Palms C11

We enjoyed our stay at Palms C11. The property description was accurate and the view was just as we expected. Condo was clean, but the hall carpet needs replacing as there were quite a few stains. The exterior of the side windows had green algae on them so that was more of a visual problem than an unclean issue. The property is centrally located on 30A allowing one to get to restaurants all up and down 30A. Word of caution when vacationing in July - very crowded which made driving on 30A challenging. Favorite activity was taking an airboat ride with Wild Thang Airboat Tours. Favorite place for donuts was Dough Sea Dough.

Fun on 30-A at The Palms at Seagrove C11

Condo lovely bed comfortable. We love sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Would recommend for future patrons' comfort that a blackout shade be placed in bedroom window to keep light out from outside night light. "Declutter the living room end table for better use. Remove the decorative table on other side of couch and put a usable end table. Too many breakables on those tables. Not very child friendly.

Very nice rental. This is the 4th time I have stayed at The Palms, in different units each time. This unit was very nice and clean. The only issue was with the cable tv, it kept getting pixelated and had no channel guide. Unit is top floor on the corner with excellent views. Oceanfront. Wouls stay there again sometime.

Nice unit, spectacular beach

The unit was nice, clean and bright. service from Benchmark was great. I have been vacationing in the area for 30+ years on and off. The city of Seaside has seen changes in The past 2 or 3 years that are not positive in my opinion. You can no longer access Seaside from the beach, they have locked gates at all Beach entry points. This really disappoints me as I really like walking the beach to get dinner in town and shop. The area is being seriously overbuilt, and has lost a significant amount of its small town charm. They also have changed the laws so now many beached behind private residences are been deemed private and have signs posted that you cannot be there. This makes the limited public beaches more crowded that’s I have ever seen them. All in all I think they may have ruined this area, at least for me.

Beautiful location!

This unit was the ideal location - close to great restaurants and activities; quiet beach; 3rd floor unit had amazing view of the emerald beach and good patio for sitting.
Unit was clean; bed was comfortable.
Kitchen was sparsely furnished. Have never rented a unit before where some condiments, coffee and coffee filters were not provided. Paper towel roll that was provided was super cheap. Please do a little better with stocking-up! Oh, and it's expected to find a hair dryer in the bathroom! Also, since this is a vacation home, it would be nice to have property management available for weekend questions.

As for the supplies, we are unable to leave behind condiments or seasonings between guests due to COVID precautions, we hope you can understand, as we have guest safety in mind! We send an email before arrival stating what items we recommend guests bring, as we do only provide a starter kit with essentials. Should you ever arrive and need anything like a hair dryer, kitchen supplies, etc, you are welcome to reach out and we will happily provide those. We are open daily to assist guests at all times and guests are always welcome to call us. We even have an answering service for after-hours calls. We do hope to welcome you back to our beaches in the future!

Needs attention: Metal chairs on balcony have rusted legs (could break causing injury).
Lamp shades in living area have holes.

we had a good week on the beach weather was good to us . Our condo C11 was nice with a good view of the gulf . Needs a little updateing , but was there and served the purpose. Would say the complex needs elevators because wifes take too much stuff on vacation and the steps turned in to a workout! but never the less had a good week on the beach and resting.
