Our Seaside is a modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful large private pool (with option to heat).This home is tucked away in a tree-lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. Your rental comes complete with four bikes, a fantastic amenity that invites you to explore the scenic surroundings at your leisure. Whether you choose a leisurely walk or a breezy bike ride, the beach is just minutes away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the coastal beauty effortlessly. For a winter stay that's truly exceptional, the heated pool is an absolute must. You can bask in the warmth of the heated pool while enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the season.

Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting open space where both the kitchen and the dining area open into the living area for effortless entertaining that has a large smart tv's. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes some extras like a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and air fryer! Right off the kitchen is a large laundry room plus a half bathroom.

At the back of the home you'll find the bunk room with a full bathroom (convenient for those pool days) and access to your very own private pool oasis. Out here, feel free to splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a great dinner on the gas grill while watching your family enjoy an incredible pool day.
There are 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd Floor and both include private bathrooms and balconies. The 3rd Floor bonus area includes 2 custom built-in twin beds. From here you can head onto the roof deck to enjoy soaring views of Seagrove and the surrounding 30A communities.

Enjoy ultimate relaxation by the poolside lounge area, featuring various seating options including loungers, chairs, a sofa, and a large dining table. Refresh with an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for post-swim or beach days. Plus, there are five outdoor patios for everyone to unwind in their own space.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunks, twin trundle.TV and pool access. Private bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, queen sofa sleeper and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with large rainfall shower.
3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 twin beds, twin rollaway, TV and private roof deck access.

Beach Access:
2 locations- Eastern Lake and Ramsgate. Eastern lake access is a wonderful option if you are traveling with little kids who may not want the waves of the ocean but would prefer a shallow, tranquil float in the lake. Eastern lake runs right up to the beach and provides a meandering lazy river type feel with shallows to catch baby fish , skim board or just rinse off after the beach. It provides the best of both worlds with lake and beach access.
Distance: .2 miles | Time: 5 minutes walking

Seagrove Beach:
Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Surrounded by state parks and dune lakes, there are no shortage of options for outdoor enthusiasts. Discover Deer Lake, 3 miles from your doorstep. Eden Gardens State Park is just over 4 miles away.

* From October - March pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at a weight limit of 20 lbs per dog. Please see our rental policies for further details.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1dish sponge, 1dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1washcloth per guest and 2hand towels per bathroom, plus 2washing machine pods.

Upon arriving, I was so impressed with the decor, the attention to detail, and the simple thing of leaving the TV on mute. Definitely a great location. Not too close to the hustle and vessel, but not too far either. The bikes were great, the pool definitely warmed up brilliantly. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot at the beach

This is a great house, great location and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of seating for a large group in the common spaces. The pool is great. The only thing we didn't love is that we had to walk through waist deep water to get to the beach. The section of beach utilized by this home is great because it is not packed with wall to wall people renting chairs. But it was a pain to lug all our stuff through the water to get there. We would stay at this property again for sure. You can't beat the location. The bikes were a huge plus. We had teens with us and it allowed them plenty of freedom to bike down to Seaside.

Great Fall Break week spent at this very spacious home, within easy walking distance to the beach.

Perfection

We stayed from July 3rd - July 17th.

Recently renovated, spacious, close to the lake, close to the beach, close to restaurants, beautiful private pool (from 3.5/4 feet deep in the shallow end to 6 feet deep in the deep end).

The best thing, for us, about this house was that it had a private pool, was on a quiet street with very little traffic, and was close to the beach via the Lake.

We will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

One thing to be aware of: you cannot access the public beach closest to the house by cutting through the neighborhood to the south. That walkway is behind a gate/code, so you have to walk on the road around a block of homes and past the Lake access to get to the Beach access. Not a big deal, but annoying and worth consideration if mobility is an issue for someone in your family.

Perfect for family

We loved this beach house. Close to beach and everything. We rented a golf cart which made getting our beach gear to and from the beach a breeze, but it was a short walk as well. We had issue with air conditioner and pool, but management company had someone there within minutes to check it out. We will definitely be back!

Our Seaside - Seagrove Beach

Great house - good location - very clean. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. TVs are large. We had a great time and felt very comfortable during our stay. Pool
was cold but they are installing a heater. Rent a Golf cart to make it very easy to get around during your stay.
