Everything was great! Clean, good location, just like pictures. Kitchen and bar area is a good size for larger families. The ice maker was a great surprise for us, very handy.

Great location, poor amenities

This condo is in a fantastic location and quite literally 100 feet from the beach. Located in Seagrove Beach, it's a 1.5 miles to Seaside. The space is plenty but when we arrived it felt like the floors had not been swept or mopped, dirty dishes and 2/3 TV's didn't work so we had to call management for help. The biggest disappointment is having no condiments or enough supplies to run dishwasher or have toilet paper. We had to run across the street to gas station to buy toilet paper b/c they only give you 3 rolls, and 2 dishwasher pods. I have never experienced that with renting a vacation rental. G

Great beachfront condo in a great location!

This rental was perfect for our party of 10. RIGHT on the beach, literally 5 minutes down to our beach chairs! Condo was clean, comfy nice living room furniture and outside furniture perfect! We had a toilet issue and mgmt co easy to get ahold of and nice maintenance man was there immediately to fix it. So nice to be right on the beach even on rainy days. Easy bike ride into Seaside, or several amazing restaurants within walking distance. We'll be back!

Great stay!

Benchmark was awesome! We had an AC issue... AC had to be replaced while we were there. The guys were very sweet but it did take most of a day. Benchmark gave us a free day at the end of our stay. So instead of checking out on Friday we checked out on Saturday! Friday was FREE! Over and above what we thought we would be compensated.

Legacy at Seagrove

We have been coming to Seagrove for a winter stay for 22 years. Availability and our changing needs and interests have placed us in several different properties over the years, but Legacy is our favorite: g; good views of the gulf, beach and sunsets; well equipped kitchen (important to us); and an extra sense of security in a gated property. As usual Garrett/Benchmark was most accommodating and responsive to our requests.

Garrett Realty was excellent! Legacy 403 was beautiful with a great view and easy access to the beach. Just a few things about 403 could have been better. All mattresses were hard so if you’re used to pillow top or memory foam mattress don’t expect to sleep comfortably.Floors could have been cleaner- we vacuumed up sand when we got there. Everything else was great!

June 2019 Stay

We had a great week at Legacy 403! The condo is in the perfect location. It has a beautiful view from the huge balcony. The grandkids loved everything! We spoke to Garrett about a few issues when we first arrived and they took care of it immediately. They were absolutely gracious! We will definitely use Garrett as our go to for any rental needs in the future. They were wonderful and sincerely cared about our comfort.

We have rented through Garrett Realty for the past 4 years. The condo was great. I think you need more cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels. If we have to rent for a week, it's impossible to get thru the week with such little supplies. The sponge and dish soap are so cheap it doesn't clean the dishes.

Best vacation our family of nine ever had! We had five kids 9-16 and four adults. Our condo totally exceeded our expectations. I especially liked how efficient the registration, payment, check-in, and check-out process was. We had to drive from Louisville, well worth it though! I cannot say enough good things!

Perfect family getaway.

My family thoroughly loved and greatly appreciated the lovely Legacy 403. Everything is top-of-the-line, it looks as though the entire condo has just been painted or is brand new. The furniture was super comfortable, the beds and bedding lovely, the kitchen is very well equipped. The condo is spacious and we felt we had so much room to spread out. We most enjoyed the spacious deck that overlooks the beach, it is always shaded and has a good, steady breeze all the time. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and substantial, we enjoyed naps on the chaise lounge on the deck, had family meals on the outdoor table. My family would definitely return to Legacy 403 and hope to so do next summer. The location of The Legacy makes it a highly desirable place to stay. Garrett Realty was helpful and responsive when we had a problem with the brand new a/c unit, they were immediately available on a Sunday morning and made sure we were happy.
