This was our 4th trip to Florida in 1 1/2 years. This was by far the best rental of all. The sound of the waves, being able to see our party on the beach from the balcony. Waking up at night to see lightening across the ocean. I would definetly rent this condo again and again.

The entry gate key pad needs replacing! It takes several tries to get the gate to open. Also when giving out codes the management company needs to be more specific on using the #key or checkmark key. Otherwise a great stay!

Thank you for staying with us at Legacy. We truly appreciate this feedback as it gives us the chance to fix what is unsatisfactory with the unit. Please note however that Benchmark is not responsible for the entry gate keypad, this has to be addressed by the HOA of the complex. We have reached out to them and have asked them to make the necessary checks to ensure that this will not be an issue for future stays. In regards to the codes, please note that our guidebook sent to guests have all the updated codes with the correct key/ symbol. If for any reason during your stay the codes do not work, we are always here to assist and can be contacted via text, phone call or even email. Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful and we had a beautiful view of the beach. We really appreciated Noah having our beach chairs and umbrella ready. We did not receive the gate code before we arrived. The owner my want to take care of some mold in the master bath ceiling and the doorway near the shower in the Jack and Jill. I appreciated the text from you making sure all was well and your contact information. The food at Cafe 30A was fabulous!

We spent out spring break with another family a we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The condo is well equipped an ample space (we had 9). The view is magnificent and the beach right downstairs. Our kids enjoyed being a short bike ride to Seaside.

Great location

The condo was clean and in good condition. All the pots and pans that we needed in the kitchen was there. We really enjoyed having the four chairs on the beach and the umbrellas that were provided by benchmark. We would definitely stay here again. My son left his fire Stick in the TV and they were gracious enough to get it and are mailing it back to us.
