The home was perfect for our trip. Had everything we needed. Even had nice welcome packets in the bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect location. Already looking to book again next year. Only issue was early access code didnt work and took over an hour to actually get someone to respond. But only a minor issue. Overall it was perfect!

Our family of 10 just left from a week long stay at frankly beach'n. We had a wonderful time. House was very well equipped and we only needed one thing while we were there and benchmark quickly delivered. My only complaint would be that the two community pools are much smaller than they appear in photos and very crowded since it was peak season.

This house had it all. A quick walk to pools and beach. Lots of space for the kids and 2 families. Shaded screened porches to hang out on. Good size rooms and living space. A well stocked kitchen, better than any others we’ve stayed in. And as a bonus, a second refrigerator. A quaint neighborhood to ride bikes in as well. We even had a few deer visit in the back yard. Can’t ask for more!

Frankly Beach'n was the perfect house for our family of 11. The house was very beautiful and the neighborhood was great. Just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants were within walking distance as well. We would definitely use this house again if in the Santa Rosa area.

Great House, Easy Walk to the Beach

There were only seven of us this year as our son in law could come with us, it we have already rented the same house for next year, he will join us then and one of our granddaughters will have a new husband with her and we will still have plenty of room. Master on the first floor for Papa and Grand ( no stairs could us) and a spacious upstairs to accommodate everyone else. The upper and lower screened porches were great.
We’ve been coming down to the panhandle beaches for a long time, every summer since the grandkids were born and now they are in their early 20’s and obviously we have rented quite a few different houses from Seagrove to Destin and beaches between
We are not interested in a highrise nor being directly on the beach. By far, Frankly Beach’n has been the best of the accommodations we have found.

Perfect Joint Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Frankly Beach'n. Upon our arrival the house was clean and even prettier than the photos. There was ample room for our 2 families of 11 to spread out and join together for meals and games in the family room. Due to COViD, we mostly ate in and the kitchen was well stocked to accomplish that. The neighborhood is quaint with pretty and well maintained homes. Our kids used every amenity including the tennis courts to play pickle-ball, the pools, and the basketball court. We rented bikes and a golf cart. We used the golf cart for hauling our cooler and beach supplies to the beach. However, it is only an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach access. We also used the golf cart to ride to Seaside which was super fun. There is even a specific parking area for golf carts. We had one minor issue in the house that needed a repair. I called Benchmark and they were courteous and quick. It was repaired within 2 hours. We returned from the beach and the repairman had already come and gone. We would highly recommend this home and the property management group.

We enjoyed a week stay at Frankly Beach’n. Out two families totaling 11 fit perfectly. The location was nice. The home was clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed the big screened in front porch.
The only additional recommendations that I would have is more kitchen towels and maybe a stocked griddle and crockpot.

the house was very comfortable and clean, A little bit of a walk to the beach and with no beach cart, kind of difficult to get all the gear there but just beautiful once there. A quiet neighborhood, nice pools and tennis, easy to get to everything with a short drive, will definitely consider this house again.

The description listed for the house was accurate in all regards.This house was probably the best stoked house I've ever rented! There were all kinds of kitchen supplies and appliances, as well as plenty of board games. My family and I really enjoyed the two wraparound porches. The walk to the beach was easy and was only about 5-7 minutes. There are also a few restaurants, ice cream shop, and general store within the same 5-7 minute walking distance. The ice cream shop also offers rentals for beach chairs, paddle boards, etc. We did not experience any issues at all while staying at Key Lime Pie. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great week. Spacious home came just as advertised. Very manageable walk to beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Only negative comment would be that the tile floor were very dirty. The rest of the house was in great shape but floors were not.

Family Beach Trip for 10

We enjoyed our stay at Key Lime Pie in July 2019. We were a group of 10, comprised of 6 adults and 4 children (1, 4, 12, 14). They house was set up perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the additions of the half bath downstairs, the extra refrigerator in the laundry room, the outdoor shower and the screened porches were fantastic for our group! We rented bikes and rode to the beach most of the time, but the walk was a short enjoyable walk when we did decide to walk. We enjoyed that the location was along a quieter part of 30a with less traffic, but there wasn’t quite as much to do in bike riding distance as we had hoped. The pools were small, but still enjoyable. The beach access point was public, but it wasn’t extremely crowded with chairs. One thing to note- There wasn’t a bathroom at the access point. The closest bathroom was at the pool.

The management group was fabulous. The ac was not working well and they came immediately and repaired the unit. The house is large and the kitchen well stocked. The interior could use a spruce up with new paint and accessories. Otherwise great house.

The home was very nice. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. I would recommend a deep cleaning of the home. I would also highly recommend replacing the pots and pans. They were very worn and dirty. For the rental cost, I would expect an immaculate home.

Key Lime Pie was great. The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked w/everything you need to feel at home. This home is very spacious & very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable & bathrooms stocked w/plenty of bath towels. We loved sitting on the screened in porch talking & drinking our morning coffee. Great location across the street from the beach access (a short 5-7 minute walk). Walking distance to restaurants, beach store, ice cream shop & donuts shop. Quite family oriented neighborhood, w/very well maintained streets. 2 very nice & clean pools. Highly recommend this lovely home.

House was as advertised . Easy walk to beach. Close to shops & restaurants. Grocery store was nearby-easy drive. Bicycle rental was no problem. So, the house was a winner and all 3 families who shared it want to come back!!

Our party of three adults and two children found our accommodations comfortable and attractive. The well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more pleasant as we accommodated our group, as well as other family members on two separate occasions.
