Enjoyed our week getaway here. Works well for 2 people. Probably needs a little touching up in the slower season and maybe a little harder clean. Very close to beach. Had security on site keeping beach access to just the property tenants.
Benchmark was great at communicating and responding to questions/issues.

A Nice Get Away

We had a very positive experience at Emerald Hill. Our Unit 27 was very clean and contained everything we needed. It is right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and you can walk and bike for miles. It would be nice to have a heated pool. You would have to be part polar bear to use it this time of year.

We actually own a unit at Emerald Hill but needed a tad extra space for friends who were joining us to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday at the beach - so I rented Unit 27. Benchmark also manages our property. Instead of working with them as an owner, I chose to work with them as a customer because I wanted to experience what our guests experience. The booking process was simple. Information regarding the property, check in and check out was clear and delivered timely. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, fully-equipped and great for guests who need ground level accommodations. Private access to the beach and a short bike ride to your favorite places are bonuses. I’m proud of the experience Benchmark creates for our customers and proud to be a part of the Emerald Hill community of owners who take pride in their properties.

Great location. The beach is so so close and great private access. Beach chair access via Southwind was simple. And patio is close to pool. Small # of units makes for no crowding at pool. Everything was as described. Had trouble with TV in den first night but fixed promptly. Couch in den is uncomfortable to sit on, did not open as bed, needs replacing. Overall great experience and especially location.

Another wonderful family vacation at Emerald Hill. Unit 27 is spacious for mom dad and adult child. It is decorated nice and had all necessary items for the week. Close to parking, pool and beach. One tiny observation...just one mirror in bathroom. Could use more when all are trying to get ready. Overall wonderful stay!!

Condo was pretty close to perfect, great proximity to pool and beach. The condo was nice and comfortable. The only complaints are minor and probably due to the high turnover this time of year. The floors were sticky and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Garrett and 27a to friends and family. We look forward to visiting again next summer!
