Great rental!

The condo was really nice and clean with a great view and decor. We had a great time with beautiful weather. There were ants in the kitchen but we did not report because we didn't want chemicals sprayed while we were there. Our main issue was our parking spot was the only one not labeled, so others parked there. A spot was promised in the rental contract but the management company would not address it and said it was the HOA's problem and we should park in the street (which has signs you will be towed).

Great location at a great price on Seagrove Beach just off 30A. Would definitely choose again. Check in and check out were easy. Our only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable.

Right on the beach

We have stayed at Eastern Shores several years. First time in this 2nd floor unit. This unit is absolutely beautiful. It’s updated and we loved everything about it. They have replaced couch and chair from what shows in pictures. We was leary at first after seeing reviews of bugs but we never saw one bug. This unit is so clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. Loved walking on the beach and fishing. Definitely would recommend staying at this condo.

We loved our room and were so excited to finally stay at a place ON the beach. Our 1year old sleeps every night with a waves sound machine and she got to sleep to the real ocean waves.

Great location. Beautiful views.
Sometimes the ceiling fan would just turn on. We couldn’t figure out why. Was it programmed? The bathroom sink closest to the bedroom was clogged but we just used the other one. Shower also drained a little slowly. Everything else was perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and even better beach experience. Microwave didn't really work but got a temp replacement quickly. Bed was squeaky and internet was sketchy at times but I'd certainly stay here again.

Get away much needed

It was nice to walk into a nice clean condo.
However, once unpacked we noticed small ants in the kitchen. We notified management. Bug man couldn’t spray until the day we were leaving ☹️

Off the beating pass located next to Eastern Lake. Two things the owners should address. The kitchen faucet is loose where it goes through the countertop. Also there is a vertical crack in the left corner of the shower in the grout line of the adjoining walls that runs the full height.

Great except for the Construction Project next door

The actual property is great. Location...Cleanliness...Appliances...Conditions... Grade A. This would have been a great week at the beach for us but we were not made aware the condo next door was going to be undergoing renovations so our "lazy week at the beach" started each morning at the crack of dawn with a construction crew doing demo work in the condo on the other side of the wall. There was constant banging, drilling, scraping, pounding from sunup to 4:00pm. It really would have been nice to know and we would have held off the trip for another week or two.

We've been renting Eastern Shores 207 off and on for the last 8 years. The decor has changed/been updated a couple of times, but it always has been perfect. Could not ask for a better rental on the beach. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, and it's almost like it's your own private beach. Not too many people, space from the "Destin crowds". Would totally make an offer to buy it if we could afford it, will just have to settle for renting it when we can. Thank you!

This is the second year at Eastern Shore and most definitely our favorite condo!! You can’t beat the location and the beach is not overcrowded at all!! Bed was super comfortable, walk in closet was a great surprise! Kitchen was completely stocked, which was great, but could have used one empty cabinet....we had to store our food on counter. Dryer did break on the last day, hopefully they were able to fix before the next renters! Loved the decor in this condo and look forward to returning!!

We totally enjoyed the lovely condo. It looks as if it has been updated recently. It was very clean. The ocean was literally steps away! We enjoyed walks on the beach every day. We also got some great relaxing time just sitting watching the waves. It is nicely located to get anywhere along 30A. I would definitely stay at this place again.

This was our 3rd year visiting and it did not disappoint. The condo had been renovated since last year and was beautiful. We love being right on the beach! The views are always amazing. The condo was very well furnished and we had a great weeks stay! See you next year!!

BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT!! This is the nicest one bedroom condo that we have rented on 30A. The king size bed is comfortable. Although we didn't use the fold out sofa in the living room, it looks quite new. The kitchen had everything you would need for a week. You are only allowed to park one car, however, the rental company recommended a nice inexpensive parking lot not far away for our 2nd vehicle.

Eastern Shores #207 was a wonderful place to stay for my week on the Emerald Coast! Easy check-in at the Garrett Realty office. All the lock codes worked perfectly from start to finish.
