Awesome beach cottage!

10/10 for the house and management company. Great location - less than 10 min. walk to the beach. Walking distance to Angelina’s, The Perfect Pig and more on 30-A. House was well stocked, comfortable, and had many thoughtful touches, like labels for all the light switches. Good WiFi, streaming tv’s, and a nice private backyard/garden area. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful property

We just finished our stay at the Coastal Cottage and had a wonderful experience. This property looks exactly like the pictures and appears to have been recently updated. It was very clean and furniture, appliances and linens were all high end. The location is perfect for getting around the 30A area and we were able to enjoy the restaurants in Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach. We will definitely return. Benchmark was A+.

Relaxing vacation

Our family was looking to relax and we sure did at Coastal Cottage! The neighborhood is quiet, the house is very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants, it was just right for us! We would definitely stay there again !

A beautiful home!

We had a fantastic week at Coastal Cottage! While the trip was mostly a rainout, we were so close to the beach that we could go during pockets of sunshine, and the great screened in porch was a great place for all of us to watch the rain. The backyard was lovely, and the house itself is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. We will check this rental for availability the next time we head back to 30A!

This home was great for our family! It’s cute and quaint, love the decor. Love that it’s one story! The outdoor areas and gardens are beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed meals in the backyard. Quick bike ride to the beach. We walked to cafe30a for dinner- amazing food!

Great location for spring break, easy beach access. Close enough for teens to enjoy seaside and far enough for adults to avoid said teens. Excellent floor plan, good sized rooms. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Coastal Cottage this past week. The location is perfect - walkable to both restaurants & the beach. The house itself has an incredible backyard and is so well appointed and organized. We had three adults & two kids and this was the perfect landing for our week-long stay in Seaside!

Our family had a fantastic week in 30A and LOVED staying in the Coastal Cottage! The house is adorable & very close to the beach! If you forget anything it's quick & easy to bike or walk back. We really liked the kids having their own section of the house with TV's and a bathroom. It was great having a private back patio & yard, too! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to friends & family!
