Casa Del Mar

We can't wait to welcome you to Casa Del Mar! This large Seagrove home can sleep up to 10 guests in the main house and 2 more guests in the detached carriage house. This home is just a few minutes to the Gulf waters, but if you're not up for a beach day, you can soak up the sun outside at the private pool. Or relax in the shade of the screened-in back patio.

MAIN HOME
In the main home you'll find 5 bedrooms, 1 bedroom suite conveniently on the first floor (the other 4 are on the 2nd floor). The main living space is classic in its design with plenty of seating around the TV. Between the kitchen and living area is the dining table that can seat up to 6, plus there are more spots at the kitchen counter. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining with plenty of counter and storage space for big home-cooked meals.

On the 3rd floor of this home you'll love to spend the evening watching one of 30A's famous sunsets. There's a wet bar and beverage fridge up here to keep your evening cocktail of choice chilled. Enjoy beautiful view of the Gulf from this deck, and some salty Gulf breezes as well.

CARRIAGE HOUSE
Next to the main house is this separate 1-bedroom carriage house. Head up the stairs and you're welcomed to a bright and cheery living area that opens to the full kitchen. For your convenience this carriage house also has its own washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a full bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

SEAGROVE BEACH
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
