We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived. The house was comfortable & cozy. The screened deck area was very relaxing and private.
The kitchen had everything I needed.
The grill was nice to have. The property is convenient to get to places.
It’s in a private area on a big lot with Plenty of parking which is nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location, nothing too fancy

The house had a good location and accommodated the group I had. Downstairs rooms are very small especially bunk room. Upstairs room good size but it gets hot even when lower area of house was cool. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels so that we didn’t have to do laundry every day. House is very private if you are looking for that. Recommend getting a golf cart to get to beach, Seaside etc. Overall house is a good value for the area. It satisfied our needs.

The rental itself was very nice, well stocked. Loved the porches and open kitchen which was conducive to visiting. Would recommend adding additional light along walking paths and driveway at night which can be a bit tricky to navigate at night. As it near many beach accesses it is very difficult to find parking to accommodate your golf cart.

We had to book it last minute and was spacious and very well put together. We loved hanging in the back screened in porch area. Wish the master suite was upstairs. Wish they would have had a golf cart available because it was about a 12 minute walk to the beach and downtown area. Had a great time!

Nice rental

Decided to visit the gulf with the whole family including children and grandchildren. Place was accommodating for our group and clean. Was within walking distance except the neighborhood roads are in terrible condition, so pulling a cart with little ones was not possible. We drove to public beach access. Washer wasn’t working properly, so we reported it. Hopefully it was fixed before next guest. Checkin and checkout was super easy! The town square has great food and shops!

Nice house

We liked the location of the house. It was a short (10 min) walk to the beach. The house overall was in good condition. The screened in porch was nice. We did feel that some things were missed by the cleaning team - there was popcorn from a previous guest under the couch and the couch cushions had stains on them. We would have appreciated more dishes - we had 8 people with us and there were only 5-6 bowls. Ask as another guest had mentioned, the WiFi was not very good. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice Stay

House is very clean and nicely furnished with the exception of the living room couch which is a sectional and is missing a rather large piece. We are a family of 6, so having the entire couch would have been appreciated. The WiFi is really, really bad. I have 4 kids who homeschool year round. It was impossible to complete any of their online school during our seven day stay. WiFi also has weak security, so be aware. House is walking distance to Seaside, WaterColor, and the beach. Super convenient.

Wish We Never Left!

Lovely home in a great location about a 5-10 minute walk to Seaside! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, coffee every morning, etc. We will be back again, we wish we didn't have to go home!
