I would like to call Sandy Cheeks “home”. This 1-bedroom condo has everything needed for easy living: a short walk away from a heated pool, around the corner from a Tom Thumb convenience store, and less than a three-minute walk to the beach. The complex itself was well-maintained, no loud noises, even from the 30-A highway. Publix, restaurants and other shopping is within a 2-mile drive while a few specialty shops, including a Subway, are just outside the entrance to Beachwood Villas.
Sandy Cheeks’ bed is ultra-comfortable and I slept better than at home. I would gladly stay there again if I had occasion to return to the Seagrove Beach area.

Excellent! We were very pleased with this condo.Had everything you need.The Bed was so comfortable.only recommendation I would say is The Bathroom sink& Tub got clogged might want to check that out.

Good location, close to restaurants , short walk to the beach and nice unit.
Washer and dryer are not in the unit but laundry is close by for a fee. Everything else was great for the price.

Much better than expected!

I was a little worried about staying on the north side of 30A, but due to timing and budget, this unit met my needs. Unit appears to have been recently updated. The furnishings were in good shape and beach appropriate. The living room and dining room are nice and bright having a view to a calming courtyard. The kitchen was functional with a few limitations. Shower had great water pressure. Queen size bed was soft. Very clean and complex was well maintained. Even though there were lots of people there, I very seldom heard or saw anyone else. Easy access to the walking/biking trail along 30A and very convenient short walk to beach access. Having a Tom Thumb across the street was very handy! Since I was traveling alone, this unit was a good choice. Wifi averaged 10 mbps download and 1 mbps upload.

Fall break getaway

We have stayed at BWV several times in the past and have enjoyed the rentals each time. I would highly recommend the actual vacation home. The past two years that we have been down to 30a, we continue to have growing frustration with the amount of beach space available as a renter at BWV. So much of the beach that is connected to the Public beach access is “private” for the condos that are beachfront. This trip, we really felt very frustrated with the beach access and how crowded the non-private space was. This will likely keep us from coming back to rent from BWV unfortunately.

Lovely landing spot

Stayed here to scope out wedding venues in the area. It was the perfect landing spot. Across the street from the beach, great parking, and decent pool. There were a few loud guests one evening around 8 PM, but no issues after that. The gas station across the street was perfect for a quick coffee or some snacks. Beach chairs are available to rent as soon as you get the beach. Pricey, but nice!
The place itself is adorably decorated, the sofa bed was fairly standard. The unit was very clean. Just wish they had a washer and dryer as some of the other units do. The cable TV was a bit frustrating to work at first, but we managed to figure it out. Would stay again!

My son and I stayed for a week at this property while at the beach for a baseball tournament. It turned out to be the perfect choice for the two of us. We had plenty of space, the location was perfect and the property was extremely clean. Very easy access to the beach.
