The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. Nice restaurants and shopping. The unit is nice and spacious. I would stay again, however the unit needs more towels. We only had 4 towels, which is enough for 4 people, but you should always have extra towels on hand. There were no kitchen towels at all to dry your hands or to dry dishes. The dryer sounds like it's about to go out making loud screeching noise. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Close to beach

Property was nice and perfect for our group. Love that it was a short walk to the beach. Considering it was managed by a big property mgmt company I would’ve expected it to be a little cleaner. There were bugs found and grime/mildew around the sinks faucet. And since we were expected to take the trash out before we left it would’ve nice to have more than one trash bag for our entire stay.

This was a 10/10 star week for my family! The unit was as expected, and the communication from the management company was beyond expectation. I didn't have any issues to need to contact the company, but they ensured that if I did ever have a need the contact information was at my fingertips. I have no doubt that they would have immediately addressed any concern that may have arisen by the nearly daily emails and text messages they sent to make sure my stay was as pleasant as could be.

This is our second time staying in this same room. It is very clean and located close to everything. There is a great place to walk, run and bike. Small shops are nearby. It has two pools on the property and is in walking distance of the beach. Definitely recomend !!

Nice beach condo

Condo was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. Location close to the beach - easy to walk to with a 6 year old. Walk to several restaurants and Tom Thumb. Pool was small but nice. Walk up to the third floor was no problem for us but might be difficult if you have babies or toddlers. It’s only 2 flights of stairs so easy for adults and older kids. Overall we had a great stay.

We have stayed in this complex before & love it. The main recommendation I would make would be to have a couch instead of a loveseat in the living room.

This was probably our 10th trip to Beachwood Villas over a 20 year period and we always find the housing to be excellent. It is convenient to the beach, the pools are great, and we always seem to make a few new friends from our "neighbors".
The booking is easy and the staff at the office is first class. Excellent overall experience!
