You have a beautiful view of 1 of complex's 2 pools. Grab your beach towel and head down for a swim or just across 30A to your beach access.

If tennis is your game, you have access to courts in the complex as well. Beachwood 12I is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area and enjoy everything 30A has to offer.

12I can sleep up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and is a great choice for an easy family vacation. This unit conveniently comes with a washer and dryer as well - so pack light! We can't wait to welcome you to Beachwood Villas 12I in Seagrove Beach.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Beachwood Villas:
Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

30A
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairytale-like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian Lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Wonderful accommodations!

Couldn't have asked for more comfortable accommodations! Everything was clean and seemed to be well kept! The location is so convenient!! My ONLY complaint was the hall lights which were only on one evening when we came in and the stairs are dangerous to manage in the dark! Otherwise we loved everything about this place!

Overall we had a great time. We ran out of toliet paper before we left. It would have been nice to have an extra roll. I would highly recommend Beachwood Villas.

Good Place to Stay

Great location, grounds beautiful, unit clean and inviting. Enjoyed our visit and would rent again. Plenty of kitchen items if you would like to cook in. Only nice update would be better chairs on the balcony. Also FYI the refrigerator seems to run alot so not sure if any issue coming up just a heads up.
