The reservation process was easy. Communication by the management company was excellent. This particular unit is next to the pool and the tennis courts.
The only downside to this unit was that the living room furniture was very sad looking. The arms of the couch had old dirt stains on them.

Good vacation

Overall, we had a good experience at the Beachside Villas. The exception was that access to the beach was a hassle. You now have to take a shuttle or walk a significant distance to go to the Public Beach Area. That was not convenient with children and the elderly persons in our group.

It was nice. Only was dirty. Table had spill on/in it and bathroom had hair all in the shower and has black mold/mildew on the shower curtain. Other than that, ok

I have stayed Beachside Villas five times this year was not the best. I have a problem with all of the rental company with the umbrellas taking over the beach and we do not have any room you’re packed in shoulder to shoulder with people I witnessed several arguments and almost fights. I will not stay there again.

Great location but dirty and beat up

I stayed here for 10 days. Pros- shuttle to beach amazing, location-amazing, pool and amenities sparkling clean, lots of towels, great bicycle coupon management company very responsive CONS- housekeeping didn’t mop, our feet were black, borrowed a mop, furniture stained and soiled. Soiled enough you think twice about sitting on them. Gross. Someone’s shuttle honked outside our condo two mornings in a row at 5 am for about 15 minutes. Floors are very thin and you will think they are running bulls upstairs.

Our overall stay was very nice. Benchmark Realty gave me excellent service! Our only problem was finding a filthy skillet with burnt scrambled eggs which was pretty easy to clean up and a mixing bowl with a large live roach in it. I think the cleaning people need to check all cabinets and turntable.

This unit was just OK

We've rented here before and stayed in various units. We've been inside 6 different units now and this one was the worst by far. It felt dirty and didn't even have a broom provided to clean up ourselves. The only storage space by the kitchen is locked for management so there was no where to put anything. The dishes were poorly organized. The toilets kept getting clogged. And everything was outdated.

Exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the beach, away from Seaside traffic, convenient to the pools. Could use updating of beds and decor, but good for the price per night.
