We had a great week at Beachcrest in unit 505. Unit was clean, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The management is one of the most proactive ones I have dealt with. Consistently checking to ensure our stay was going well. Even the folks at the community were friendly and helpful. We will return.

Vacation with niece

Property was as stated in ad. Would have liked it better if it had no carpet in bedrooms. Also there were no brooms or vacuum to clean with. If you want to relax this is place but have to drive everywhere you want to go. Been visiting 30a for past 10 years stayed various places on the road this one is by far the furthest from central location of Santa Rosa area

This has been the most relaxing and joyous vacation. This condo is beautifully decorated and has a gorgeous view! We could have not asked for a better first trip to 30A. We will certainly be back. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our entire time here and are so thankful for this getaway!

This nicely updated Beachcrest condo is our new favorite! Very clean. Comfortable king bed. Smart TV. Ceiling fans are great. Kitchen well equipped. Perfect ocean view from balcony. Plus, the location of the Beachcrest building is perfect for us—and overall property is always well maintained and quiet.

Relaxing vacation

Benchmark helped us secure a wonderful condo at Beachcrest in Seagrove overlooking the gulf beach. The rental process was easy using my their web-link that allows you to sort and view various rentals. I always enjoy reading the reviews of previous renters. My wife and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable week on the beach.

SEPT VACATION IN FLORIDA - BEACHCREST 505

TWO SMALL ISSUES.
COULD NOT FIND THE TV REMOTE SO I WAS UNABLE TO SWITCH SOURCES. I COULD NOT ATTACH MY COMPUTER TO THE TV. I USUALLY CONNECT MY COMPUTER TO THE TV SO I CAN WATCH AMAZON AND NETFLIX.
BALCONY WAS VERY DIRTY. IT APPEARED IT HAD NOT BEEN SWAPPED IN A WHILE. THE CUSHION ON THE CHAISE LOUNGE CHAIR WAS ALSO VERY DIRTY.
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THERE WAS AN EXTRA BLANKET.
I HAVE BEEN VACATIONING IN AND AROUND SEAGROVE BEACH FOR THE LAST 22 YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS USED BENCHMARK/GARRETT FOR ALL MY RENTALS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
BEACHCREST 505 IS A VERY NICE CONDO AND I WOULD RECOMMEND.
I HAVE RENTED MY CONDO FOR SEPT 2023. IT IS NOT BC 505, BUT ONE IN THE MONTEREY COMPLEX DOWN IN SEACREST BEACH.

The moment we opened the door to unit 505 it felt like home. This was an amazing Mother’s Day trip to BeachCrest and you made us feel so at home and everything in every way. I love your decorating style and the note you left in the guest book. Your condo is the best unit we have stayed in at Beachcrest. I am writing this at 4:30 AM on Saturday morning as we are leaving early as soon as the sunrises. The best last moment sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee was extra special. The moon was a bright orange and cast a glow on the ocean. Just like a sunset. It was so surreal as I have never seen the moon set. It was the perfect ending to our week in your home, which was filled with so many special memories.

Never Disappoints

We have stayed in several units at Beachcrest over the years and this one is one of our favorites. It is so well stocked and the furniture is very comfortable. The view is really amazing too!

We love this location on 30A, and love the beach view. Portions of the condo are looking so worn, primarily the bathrooms, chunks out of the bathtub, etc.
If updated would make a huge difference. Also didn't look as though the place had been thoroughly cleaned, coffee table was dusty and dirty, found a dirty washrag in the shower curtain.

Fall Break at Beachcrest 505

While the building itself is dated, the unit (505) we stayed in was very comfortable and well equipped. There was an issue with the master bath sink and tub no draining, but the onsite staff responded extremely quick and were super helpful.

Overall stay was good. Beautiful beach and perfect weather. The unit needs a little TLC. Not as clean as in the past visits. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, and sheets didn't fit the mattress.
