BeachCrest 202 is located on the 2nd Floor overlooking both the pool and the shimmering emerald green waters of the Gulf. The living room and master bedroom each have access to your private balcony - a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. 202 has been completely updated and refreshed throughout. Don't forget your sunscreen as you pack your bags and head to BeachCrest 202!

The stunning kitchen features an incredible island with room for 4. You have more than enough counterspace for meal prep and entertaining. Heading into the rest of the main area there is additional dining space plus a comfortable chaise sofa. Both bathrooms are fully remodeled as well with two walk in showers. There is a convenient stacked washer and dryer - so pack light.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Easy access to shared hallway bath with shower.

BeachCrest:
You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The perfect getaway!!

We absolutely loved this unit and its location! Also loved how it was on the 2nd floor and we were able to hand up chairs and beach toys from by the pool to someone on our balcony! Super convenient. The unit had any abs everything you could need!

Always great!

The condo is no nice and always clean. Great location and we love the heated pool and easy walk to beach. Bring your own coffee filters because they don’t provide them-wish they could invest in a gold filter or even a Keuren to make it easier. We had a sick child this time and staff was super helpful and kind about it.

Being on the beach is a big plus. I've been visiting Santa Rosa Beach for about 20 years now and have stayed at this property before. This particular unit met my growing family needs because of the triple bunk. The amenities were adequate. However, the area is getting very crowded and loss vacation time sitting in traffic on 30A.

Perfect condo for our family!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 202. It was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The bathtub clogged, but management was quickly there to fix the issue. We loved the view and the balcony. One thing to note, in order to get the living room TV to work, you must leave the TV cabinet door open.
