Nice updates, but needs a good deep clean

The upgrades the owners have put into the kitchen of this condo are evident. The problem is, most other areas would benefit from a deep clean. There was a quarter inch of dust on the HVAC/air grille. The walls and trim need a magic eraser and some touchups. We could not go on the balcony without our feet turning black and tracking in the condo. The outdoor furniture was dirty. Worst of all was the toilet seat in the guest bathroom. I've never seen a seat quiet so... worn. The chair and rug in the living room were also quite worn and the couch was stained. More of what I would have expected from a pet friendly rental.
The upsides were the upscale kitchen. They also had nice drapes that did a good job blocking the sunlight for those who can sleep in. They also thoughtfully provided a sound machine in the guest bedroom to help shield the outside noise from other guests. The complimentary beach umbrella/chair setup was used and appreciated.
When we arrived, I let management know about the bathrooms that did not appear to be cleaned and they sent someone to address the issue the next day. Nothing was done about the toilet seat or dirty balcony. I didn't want all the dust stirred up while we were there, so I did not mention the HVAC grille. Also, they had fresh flowers, which were beautiful, but I am allergic. Would be good to clarify with guests on the front end.

Beautiful and quiet property on the beach

We love the entire place, it was quiet, clean and had a beautiful view of the water. Our only recommendation is there were not any extra blankets or throws and the vent in the master bathroom didn’t blow much air so showering and blowing drying hair made the room extremely hot.

Updated condo right on the beach! Great location! The only downfall was stains on couch and chair, guest bathroom shower curtain was dirty with mildew, and there were only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people. The towel and washcloth issue was resolved quickly with one phone call.

Overall great experience. Had the classic older 30A condo problem of having extremely dirty floors. Would turn your feet black instantly. Probably hasn’t been mopped since construction. Overall unit was well appointed and in a great location so we didn’t worry about the floors, but they could use a deep clean.

Beautiful condo! View from the tenth floor just incredible! Well furnished and furniture very clean and up to date. Kitchen supplied very well with essentials. The only thing I would have liked to see is a kitchen rug in front of the sink and a mop. The floor was sticky and the deck tile was in need of cleaning. We could not figure out what was causing us to have sticky feet. We just ended up cleaning it ourselves and the towels were very soiled. Always a great trip to your beaches of Seagrove!

Our family of four just spent a week st Beachcrest 1005. The condo is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The washer/dryer is a great asset. We would definitely stay here again. Views are incredible!
Only negative comment is on the steps going to the beach (39). we have a child with special needs that struggled with them. keep that in mind when booking anywhere on Seagrove because of the dunes.

Another Great Week at Beachcrest

My husband and I have just returned from another week in Seagrove. We always make Beachcrest homebase for the week. The location is perfect for us as we have a fantastic view of the ocean and we can walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We stayed in 1005 this week and it is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It had many updates that we appreciated like new living room furniture and an updated shower in the master bath. We love the chair service that comes with staying at Beachcrest and the convenience of onsite staff. This is the best place to stay in Seagrove. See you in the fall. . . .
