A beautiful coastal home located in NatureWalk where you'll be surrounded by the mature pine trees of Point Washington State Forest and enjoy quick and easy access to all of the wonderful amenities that NatureWalk has to offer.

At 9 Prairie Pass you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This luxurious beach retreat has a gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area with large sectional. There is amazing attention to detail in all of the finishes. The main floor includes the living and dining area plus kitchen. There's an expansive screened porch on the 1st floor so you can enjoy the outdoors without having to deal with all the bugs. Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms and the washer/dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunkbed with twin trundle
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Full bed. Shares hallway bath with Bedroom 1.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, private balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large glass enclosed shower.

NatureWalk:
With a stay in NatureWalk you have access to so many community amenities: multiple pools, a hot tub, grills, fire pits, and a community center known as the Gathering Place. There are also pickleball and basketball courts, walking trails, and a volleyball sand pit. NatureWalk's perfect location puts you minutes from WaterColor and Seaside where you can enjoy countless options for shopping, dining and entertainment. A dip in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few minutes away.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Wonderful home!

This is our second time staying in 9 Prairie Pass and we look forward to returning! We have vacationed in many neighborhoods along 30A and have found Naturewalk to be the perfect mix of location (to ride bikes and enjoy the amenities) and the short distance from the traffic and crowds. We have settled on Naturewalk as our preferred neighborhood! 9 Prairie Pass is a 3 bedroom home, which was perfect in size for our group this year. The home was wonderfully maintained. We felt like if we needed anything at all that the property management company was just a quick text or phone call away.
We love the heated neighborhood lap pool, as our trips to the area usually occur over the winter holidays so being able to swim is a bonus!

Spacious and comfortable Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at 9 Prairie Pass. It is a lovely newer house with 2 porches to enjoy the fresh air. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We did find that the kitchen was not well equipped and did not have many dishes or appliances. It was also deep into the neighborhood and about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach but we had a lovely stay.

I forgot to write in the book the owners left. Would you please let them know there house was beautiful and perfect in every way. We will be back definitely. NatureWalk is so peaceful and beautiful. I have nothing bad at all to say. The Bible verse in the dining room is my daughter’s favorite. Nice touches.
