The house was great with about a ten minute walk to the first Eastern public beach access next to Seaside and about a ten minute walk to Seaside. Plenty of room to spread out with two nice screened in porches.

Loved everything about Seaside and the house. Close to the beach and the house was lovely. You should rent bikes, good transportation.

Loved this house so much! Perfect amount of space. Clean. Beautiful! My kids loved the pool, and it was so nice to just walk out the back door to one. Can’t wait to book again!

THIS HOME WAS AMAZING- WE HAD SO MUCH FUN AS A FAMILY -Each rom had its own LARGE bath with lots of countertops--so good!! we loved the pool -and location!!

Amazing 2nd stay at 318 canal street

This is our second visit to this amazing home and we already have year 3 booked! This home is so clean and welcoming! Our family loves the set up of all the large bedrooms with private baths, huge kitchen and living space. The pool is perfect after spending time at the beach. We love the location as it’s close to everything yet out of the way of the hustle and bustle of 30A. Can’t wait for our next stay. Thank you for maintain the property so well and keeping it new and taken care of!

318 Canal street is such an amazing home! Clean and beautifully decorated! It’s location is just a short bike ride to the beach or the shops/food in Seaside and is perfectly nestled away from the crowds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need while visiting. The floorplan and layout of the home is perfect and spacious! Each room has their own full bath and there is a half bath downstairs as well. We will definitely stay at this home again!!
