We are already looking for some other dates to come back. We saw 25+ dolphins ?? playing close to shore on Tuesday. My husband had to push me into the truck cause I so wanted to stay! It was glorious! Had a wonderful time and we look forward to our next stay!

What a fabulous getaway! Condo looks great! Squeaky clean. Smells really clean. Sat on the beach and watched dolphins yesterday! The weather is so nice this time of year at the beach. My husband, the crumudgeon, was not enthusiastic about coming on the trip. This morning he said, “I’m so glad you pushed us to do this!” He adds: We enjoyed ourselves and got some much-needed rest.
Everything was very clean and in good working order. Tranquillity 310 is a gem.

We love it here so much.
The high top table and chairs were perfect for sitting with coffee every morning. The coverlets on the beds are great too. I think they are so cute. It took a minute to find the parking code in the condo info. We will definitely be back.

Nice unit, lots of kitchenware, beautiful view. Those steps are a bit much! Only complaint were no tv remote in master, had to run through tv channels to reset in living room. Maybe a tv help guide would be nice. Gnats are an issue. Probably coming from sink drains.

Older building but unit has been updated and most furnishings are very nice. Clean unit and great location - walking distance to Alys Beach but too far to walk to Rosemary Beach. Walk from building to beach was very easy. Only 2 problems with stay - 1) middle bedroom mattresses were TERRIBLE - they seemed cheap; they were very noisy and every time you moved, they made noise so sleeping in that room was very difficult; 2) We had a difficult time finding beach service company for chairs and umbrellas. An employee from Benchmark gave me name of company that didn't service the condo and I called 2-3 other companies with no luck. When I called Benchmark again, a different employee gave me name of correct beach service and a phone number. But beach service never answers phone or returns phone calls. I finally found their website on my own to make reservations. I expect management company to be more helpful with that information.

It was pretty good. The only issue I had was that when I called to speak to someone noone answered. I had to text which worked. The only issue I found which was when I needed someone to move their car out of my spot your business assumed it was my job to do so. They said they would let me know when it was fixed. I ended up doing the work to get it done. None ever contacted me.I texted them back letting them know I took care of it. They said great. That was not very professional. All in all a great location and stay:)

The location and beach views for 310 Tranquility are excellent. The condo is spacious with 3 bdrms and baths. The deck furniture needs updating and the sliding door to the deck definitely needs work. However, we would not hesitate to rent the unit again.

Tranquility condos are in a great location. The beach is so convenient. Unit 310 needs to be refreshed! Bedspreads and other decor are worn out. For the price, the furnishings were below standard. The floor plan at tranquility 310 is great.

A nice surprise after staying years in Rosemary. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Dated interior and furnishings but clean! Exceptional view and proximity to beach/ocean. Benchmark was outstanding to work with. Very responsive and friendly.

Great location with spectacular views of the Gulf. Photos of the inside and out are understated.
One suggestion I would make is to add bar height table and chairs on the patio like the other units have done. It does take away from the view.
Otherwise great stay.
