Most peaceful, beautiful vacation EVER! Loved the place. Only 24 units so the beach wasn’t packed, pool was mostly empty. Could sit on balcony all day! There are 40 steps to get to the beach so start working out now!

Wonderful stay! Vacay August 2023

This vacation was absolutely spectacular! The Monterey Condo complex was perfect! Having a gated community added to the experience, eliminating any parking issues one might ever encounter. Our condo B202 was beautifully appointed, with incredible views. The bedding was so comfortable and the ensuite baths were perfect! Beach chair set up daily was yet another luxury that we weren't accustomed to, and something that we will want going forward. We had no issues during our stay!
Food choices in the area are wonderful! Our favorite by far was Cafe30A and Great Southern Cafe. Seaside will not disappoint!

Loved Monterey B202! Quiet condos (November!) with spectacular oceanfront views. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we were only here for a few days and ate out a good bit. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. So convenient to the beach and accessible to nearby communities and grocery store within 5-10 min.

Great Location With Lots Of Room

We had a wonderful time. Only complaint would be - the week went by so fast! We enjoyed the pool, the calm ocean, sunrise walks, and home cooked meals. We played Uno and a meme game - lots of laughs and many good memories! We walked about 6 miles every morning and enjoyed the bike trails in the evenings! The patio was a favorite place to gather - we spotted dolphins and loved the aircraft that flew by during the day! This is a great locations with lots of room for all 5 of us. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise - we all loved it!

This rental experience was so easy! Benchmark did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The condo itself was clean and decorated beautifully, while also being very comfortable! The view from the large balcony was stunning!!! Pool toys were provided for the little ones. Everyone (ages 4 to 62)had a great time! Would love to stay here again!

Had the best time. My husband, adult children and spouses had the most wonderful getaway in Panama City. The condo was just perfect. Clean, great layout, plenty of room for 6 adults. View of the beach was ideal. Very short, easy walk to the beach. The complex as a whole was also very clean and maintained. Never heard the neighbors, very good sound proofing. Benchmark Management’s communication, helpful info and response to questions made the visit easy and stress free We would definitely return to this property

Great week on the beach

The Monterey condo is in a great location and was very clean. My family of four felt very ‘at home’ for the week we were there. We loved that a company was contracted to put out two chairs, an umbrella and a table each day on the beach for us!

This was our second time staying in this unit and once again it did not disappoint! Five stars! Very spacious, clean, great view of the ocean and is in the perfect location. We were there during the Covid crisis so it was nice to be a bit down the road from the more heavily populated areas like Rosemary or Seaside. Lovely clean pool and the beach is literally right outside (and down the steps.)

Highly recommend this unit! It was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and in an excellent location. The balcony was my favorite- the view is phenomenal.
We went on vacation with my two pre-teen boys and my 70-year old in-laws. The space was perfect for all of us. My 11-year old especially loved the “closet bunk” and claimed it immediately upon walking in the unit. It truly was a delightful week. We will be back! Thank You!

We loved staying here. The personal pictures and art were great and my grandson Noah learned to surf. He took lessons from Jake and everyone on the beach clapped when he rode his first wave in. We’ve seen dolphins and found live sand dollars (didn’t take them of course). It’s been even better than we expected , we’ve had a wonderful week making memories.

We had a wonderful week at Monterey B202. The complex is close to all surrounding beach communities you can travel there to visit but far enough away from the mayhem of those towns! The beach is beautiful and not crowded! The only complaint we have about the property is the dryer didn't dry well and there were several outlets that didn't work. Other than that fabulous week! We will without a doubt stay here again!!
