Such a great place! It had everything we needed with plenty of space for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a swaying

We had a great time in this beautiful house and area. The beach was exceptional. White powder sand and crystal clear water! 3 things I wish I knew. This house moves-alot.enough to make one experience nausea and dizziness. We saw no braces between poles like nearby houses have. 2. Steps. Many into the house and more to most bedrooms. Over 50 steps to the beach. 3. The bubbles in hot tub area of pool do not work. It is not hot. Other than that clean and well decorated house. Flat grill too dirty to use. We cleaned the other grill and it worked well. Garbage is picked up twice a week and pool cleaners came during the.

Beautiful House!

House is beautiful, close to the beach, and had plenty of room for all 11 of us! The outdoor area and grill were a great wind down from the beach everyday. Only concern was the wifi, as it was a little spotty at times. Overall was a great stay!

Beautiful home very close to the beach

We really loved the home! It was perfect for six adults, one teenager, two toddlers and two babies. The walk to the beach was really close and convenient. Many other things to do in the area. We will be back.

Great Weekend!

We visited with 6 kids and 6 adults. The house easily fit everyone. Amazing location, such an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a wonderful change of pace from the beach. House was VERY clean and had everything we needed. My only feedback would be to make sure the pool doesn’t get serviced while guests are there, we had a few ruined bathing suits and irritated eyes because of the extremely high chlorine content about 5 hours after it was serviced.
Overall, I would highly recommend!

The house was clean and in a great location! The kitchen was well stocked. The home was quiet so even with 7 kids you couldn’t hear every single sound others made.the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay! We had a couple issues with door code but Benchmark was very responsive and we were not inconvenienced.

Fall Break

Booking process was very smooth, everyone was helpful approaching checkin. House was very nice and clean, everything in great shape. Had one slight issue of concern and maintenance was there within the hour to check on it, very very helpful and attentive. Only upgrade to the house that would have made it better would be a ceiling fan in living room, was a bit hard to get cool at times on the main level as it was quite hot while we were there, I would imagine in the summer this is even more of an issue, but a very minor issue indeed.
