Nice stay for anniversary trip. Beautiful beach and peaceful area. This is an older townhouse that has been renovated. Some areas have show that its an older property but it's still well maintained.
The TV in the living is not a smart TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Blue Tide 3B - great unit and location in Seacrest!

I have never been to this location and it was a great experience. The unit has a lower and upper balcony (off the master bedroom). The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out was simple. We would definitely come back. We liked the location outside of Rosemary Beach but close to town. The beach is immaculate with great chair/umbrella service and inaccessible by the general public.

Benchmark Management was great! They delivered more than expected. They kept us Informed before we left, when we arrived, checked on us again half way through our visit, and now after the fact. Impressive. The condo was perfect and was what we expected. The beach service - Other Mama’s Beach Service- was top of the line. They are so fun and personable and treat all like family. They sealed the deal on a fun trip. We will be back for sure.

We arrived at our rental just before 5pm which we booked through with a confirmation number and a code, called customer service to check in only to be told my name was not in the system and she hung up on me. Luckily I went to the office for help, met Alaina, she was very helpful and accommodating. She confirmed that my room has a guest already who checked in the day before, she called someone at benchmark, also was very helpful and friendly, found us another rental which was an upgrade and much cheaper. Overall it turned out to be a great spring break and would definitely do this again but would book through and never use again. Thanks Alaina you were a life saver.

This is our second time staying in Blue Tide 3B. You cannot beat the views from this location! They are amazing! This is a nice sized condo with plenty of space to move around. I think it has been well loved so it's getting close needing some touch up paint. The kitchen has everything you need; we hosted Thanksgiving and had no issues. Lots of stairs going in and out and to the beach so be prepared to get your steps in. You can have your toes in the sand in about a minute so it really can't be beat. Can't wait to stay again!!

We stayed a week in one of Benchmark Management's properties. We had a couple of issues with the condo, but Benchmark 's staff were responsive, professional and helpful to get the matters resolved. I would definitely book another vacation property with yhem.

This is my favorite condo with Garrett Realty so far. We have stayed there twice. It is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you could possible want. The master bedroom and bath are wonderful. I like that you can go from the balcony to the beach without having to walk around the building and go through a gate. I’m sure I will stay there again.

what a wonderful beach house! so well-equipped and a terrific location. the master bedroom suite is fantastic! you feel like you're on a ship, looking out at the ocean from the bed. it has a luxurious walk-in shower. the kitchen has everything you need (coffee pot, blender, cheese grater, pie pan, crock pot, etc.) we enjoyed cooking in. also great was the direct beach access (including hose for cleaning off upon return.)

New Favorite Beach

My three teens and spent a week at Blue Tides in August and had an incredible time. The condo itself was roomy, clean, nicely appointed and there were complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet! t was in a perfect location and the view from the balcony was perfect. There are countless amazing restaurants nearby and we chose to eat in for breakfast and lunch and venture out for dinner nightly. f i had one tiny comment for improvement, it would be that the kitchen was very basically stocked, so if you are planning a gourmet meal, pickings are a bit slim. Everything else though, from nice glassware to plenty of plates, etc., was perfect.
We would love to return. Thank you!!!

Our family had a great time at Blue Tide 3B. The unit was beautiful , yet comfortable...nicer than it looked in the online photos! The updated kitchen and appliances, including a new washer and dryer are quite a bonus. The showers, especially in the master bath are really nice, too. This may be the best deal on this beach: Blue Tide's 3 bedroom units are more spacious than the others on the gulf front; the steps, which are fewer than most other condos, take you straight from the unit to the sand; and the pool is great when you want a change from the beach. But who wants a change from the most beautiful beach there is?

My stay at Blue Tide was very comfortable. Five adults and one child shared the condo and we all had plenty of room & privacy. My only suggestion would be to put full length mirrors in either the bedrooms or bathrooms.

We stayed at Blue Tide 3B last week. The main floor had been updated since we had looked at pictures online. It was very nice, updates nice, new appliances, counter tops, bathroom, etc. Would like to go again, especially when the rest is updated.
