We were extremely pleased with our overall experience at this property and with Benchmark Management personnel. The location was excellent (across from The Hub/Big Chill, quiet, not busy). Although we never used the pool or fitness center, they were as advertised and very convenient. The property was clean and appeared to be properly maintained. One item we did discuss with a maintenance person when he was replacing light bulbs we discovered were burnt out was how long it took to get hot water at the kitchen sink. He explained it was a function of the tankless hot water heater's location from our unit. The property manager was very responsive when we brought light bulb issue to their attention and on one occasion when the TVs quit working. We took advantage of the The Hub on numerous occasions to enjoy drinks and snacks in front of the big screen (especially when our hometown Kansas City Chiefs were playing). Proximity to Deer Creek State Park and the beach was very convenient and frequented often during our stay. Although we didn't eat out much (took advantage of the kitchen to prepare most of our meals) we did try a few spots in Alys Beach (Raw & Juicy and Fonville Press) and Rosemary Beach (La Crema). Raw & Juicy and La Crema were very good. The central location (max. 2 hour drive) to attractions such as Apalachicola and Pensacola was beneficial. We went to both towns and enjoyed the quaintness of Apalachicola and the National Naval Aviation Museum. We were disappointed that we didn't get to see the Blue Angels as they are stationed in SoCal during the winter. All in all we had a very good time during our stay and would definitely recommend the property to family and friends.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in Prominence. This was our fifth year staying in this area but first time in this home. The home itself is spacious, great location and good for families with kids! The only negatives we had is the kitchen didn’t have much to use for cooking like pans, utensils for cooking etc. And the overall condition of the home showed signs of wear and tear, dirty walls and floors and dirty couch. That needs to be addressed. But overall we were happy with the location and spacious rooms.

Not our favorite stay on 30a

This house was well decorated but bare bones. It was spacious and comfortable (except for the couch and chairs in living room). The kitchen has minimal equipment and no extras (salt & pepper were nowhere to be found and cooking a spaghetti dinner proved challenging with lack of equipment). The location was ideal, close to the pool and right across the street from the big chill. Beds were soft but comfortable. We did have a few minor inconveniences with a clogged toilet and broken bed frame in master bedroom. The bed frame was met with much more urgency than the plumbing issue (which we resolved ourselves) by the management team. The unit was fairly clean, but the floors were not mopped and left your feet dirty if walking barefoot.

Please note however that finding the perfect furnishing for vacation rentals can be quite a task as each person has their unique preference. Beautiful Property, Great Location!

Fantastic stay for my family and my dog. It was a short walk to the hub across the street and then about a 5 min drive to the beach. House was very cutely decorated and clean. The only negative experience I had was with the early check-in process. It was very frustrating by not getting a call back about early check-in and then had to wait till 2pm for the management company to say we weren't able to. Besides that, it was a great trip.

My family of 4 had an amazing stay at this condo. It was absolutely beautiful and our kids loved all the little touches for them such at the books and the bunk beds! We will definitely be coming back :)
