Perfect multi-generational house and location

My family had a fantastic weekend at Seasational. The proximity and access to the beach was great. The pool is small but accommodated 7 children. Benchmark responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue. My only suggestion would be to check/upgrade the kitchen supplies, ie, we could not find a regular size baking sheet and only had 12 forks for our party of 14.

Wonderful vacation home

The house is beautiful, and only steps to the beach. The beach was not crowded (second week in July). We had a problem with the washer, and the Benchmark Mgmt responded quickly, and the tech was able to fix it. Parking held two SUVs and a truck. The only thing it needs is a large skillet. There was a tiny one but the only large one had a broken handle.

This beach home was perfect for all 17 guests. We had plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms and it was very accommodating. It was easy to find and right on the beach, also within minutes of pier park and grocery stores. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Wonderfull property and location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It definitely needs more pans for cooking but we made it work. It would be an issue for a large party. Dishes and glasses were plentiful. Two master bedrooms facing the gulf offer spectacular views. Outdoor area around pool is perfect. Shade and sun both available all day in the area and very comfortable chairs and hight top table. Pool is very comfortable temperature because its exposed to the sun all day. Convenience of downstairs refrigerator and bathroom can't be over stated. Loves this stay and will book again.

Beautiful Seasational Home

This home is fabulous for large families and friends. We had 12 guests and had plenty of room to gather and enjoy the beautiful scenery! It has a private beach with breathtaking views and plenty of tables and chairs to sit on the deck. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and that was a huge bonus for our group! We loved the home and highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean, open floor plan and privacy from the general public on the beach!
