I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay with Benchmark Management at a vacation rental property in Panama City Beach, FL.
Overall, my stay was fantastic. The vacation rental was in a great location, providing convenient access to the beautiful surroundings of Panama City Beach. The home itself was not only clean but also in excellent condition, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would like to commend the vacation rental management staff for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.

No air conditioning

Our unit did not have air conditioning. It was very difficult to get help. I had to call daily multiple times. Had a very rude person on the answering service the second day I called. They put me off all week. Dropped off box fans. Only wanted to compensate us $380 for a week without air. Inks to bed for the cleaning fee to be removed seeing that I had to clean when I arrived. Dirty towels, blood on a pillow, drink can under bunk beds, silverware drawer dirty, and chips in pullout bed.

We are happy to announce we have done a complete overhaul of our maintenance, housekeeping, and management in the Panama City Beach area so we may have people that truly represent the standard of excellence we are known for.
