Welcome to Laketown Wharf 1219. This Gorgeous 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in one of the most desirable complexes in Panama City Beach. Top of the line furniture creates the most calming ambience for you to relax in while on vacation. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a TV with a Netflix account already loaded, so you can enjoy your favorite movie or show. There is a private en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. The bunk area is located in a separate nook area and its own private bathroom offers the ultimate set up. The living room is very open, bright and spacious. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time fee of $86.97 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
