The view is breathtaking. Beach is perfect. No one around us. This is a private beach deeded to the water, so it's possible to get beach service here. BEME was kind enough to add us after having problems finding someone. The house really needs TLC. The master bed was comfortable but the one upstairs had an indention in the middle. The walls looked as it they started started patching and stopped. The outdoor shower was unusable because it was stuffed with beach gear. The closet bikes are in is crammed with were ladders, paint, 4 bikes, etc and it was really difficult to get a bike out. Once we did it was rusted up. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We had plenty of towels. The view and the location is fabulous. I walked to rosemary beach in my morning walk. Would definitely rent again.

Best Family Vacation Ever!!

We loved the home and the location. You can't get closer to Rosemary Beach for 1/3 of the cost. The two bikes provided were nice but we rented electric bikes for the family and it was so worth it. The neighborhood is safe and our kids age 7-14 were able to ride their bikes around the community without worry. The private beach is one of the best around. The house is literally 15 steps away from the beach with sunsets that are amazing. The home is in need of a few repairs but it comes down to why you are there. If you are there for the beach, the water, the views and the community, then you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a brand new, perfect home then this home may miss the mark a bit. We looked beyond the slight flaws and enjoyed the home greatly. 100% sure we will return. We hope the owners keep the home in their family and continue to share it with families like ours. Our family of 5 adults and 4 kiddos had a great week here. The space was big enough to accommodate us all and did not feel cramped. Each bedroom had an amazing view of the ocean but the best part was the semi private beach. While Rosemary, Seaside and Sea Grove were elbow to elbow on the beach, we had nearly 100’ of beachfront with nobody close to us. The home could use a little updating but honestly the price could not be beat on the beach. Most homes in the area were 2-3 times the cost. The extra bikes were nice but we rented 4 electric bikes and he was amazing. His RAD bikes are the best. The large deck on the back of the house was great, we spent a lot of time having coffee and breakfast and evenings watching the gorgeous sunset. The house is located in a perfect spot, you can be at Rosemary Beach in a matter of minutes and PCB in 15-20 minutes. We love that the owners shared their story online and we hope they keep the home in their family so we can come and visit for years to come.

This was definitely the best thanksgiving that our family has had. The location of this property will blow you away. The private beach behind the house was perfect and like it was our own backyard. The house was clean on the inside and out. It’s an older house but it’s still In pretty good condition. Could use a few updates to a few things but more than accommodating. I would definitely rent this property again. All in all the entire 5 days with that view every time you woke up was fantastic!

My family enjoyed our week at Sun 'n Surf. The location is perfect. We loved being able to walk right out the back door, onto the deck, and down to the beach. The home was very clean and the views from the rooms were beautiful. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The drier didn't work. That was just a minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Sun & Surf because of its location. I was at the end of 30A away from all the crowds, but still close enough to several restaurants. House was nice & everything worked, so I would definitely come back here again.

We had an awesome stay here! The house was clean...the beds were a little hard maybe lighten up the colors in the bedrooms to be more beachy. Overall we had an awesome stay enjoyed every minute. The house is right on the beach and you can't get any better than waking up to the oceanview. The house was located in an excellent spot we had many traveling options to surrounding areas as well. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We were at Sun n Surf for 2 weeks. We had all 5 kids and grandkids! We had so much fun! Our kids never wanted to leave our spot! The house is perfect for an active family! Lots of games on the beach, bike rides to Seaside and Deer Lake. Renting bikes is so easy. We used Rentgear 30A. We also rented a kayak and loved being out on the water. The house has everything you need! Lots of space to spread out on decks and big TV which mattered to our family because of the Basketball tournament!! Cozy fireplace for cooler nights. So pretty! Beds are very comfortable and everything was cleaned and looked amazing when we walked in! Our kids are already planning for next year!?? I would highly recommend this home! Beautiful sunsets! Perfect for two or bring your family!!

This was a lovely home on the most beautiful beaches! I have lived in the area for thirty years, and I never tire of these pristine beaches. My home is inland in Okalaoosa county, and I wanted a beach spot for a family reunion. This was my first time to rent a house, and I definitely made the right choice with the right realty agency! This lovely home was well-maintained, and very comfortable. Garrett Realty was very helpful with an internet problem that we were having. They sent a very friendly, and knowledgeable technician in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back! Thank you Garrett Realty!

Very nice and clean house; love the location. Quiet location with beautiful sunsets. Out of the way of all the crowds. House had everything we needed.
Gulf water was mirky with green algae/moss all week. Hope this isn't a normal occurrence. Talking with some of the neighbors that have been there over the last few years assured me it isn't normal. Our two complimentary chairs and umbrella were taken away on Friday, meaning we were without them Saturday. Guess they thought our rental was Sat to Sat; instead of Sun to Sun. Larger TVs in the bedrooms would be nice. Very, very small.
These are very minor complaints; which will not keep us from coming back next year. Had a great time and look forward to summer of '14.
