Great family vacation

My family came to 30A for the first time this past week. My husband and I took four teens/young adults ages 15-20 with us. We had a great vacation. The location is perfect and the home is comfortable and beautiful. We rented a golf cart and was able to get to all the local shops and restaurants without using our car. The bikes provided were also great. We would love to go there again.

Home is perfect in every way. Beautiful decor, close proximity to beach, pool, shopping, restaurants & nearby beach towns. Loved having the bikes & grill. Chocolate chip cookies were a surprise bonus! Wonderful memories made with good friends & we plan to return in the future.

It's honestly hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here. The property is absolutely stunning. The furnishing and decor were amazing. The kitchen is full of all necessities. Beds are super comfy. TV's are all smart, which is great for kiddos. The firepit was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the bicycles too. This is definitely a treasure to find. We hope to be returning very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Gone Gulfin'! The pictures and description were spot on. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach, ice cream, pizza, etc. There was plenty of gathering space in the house, and the backyard was an added bonus. No complaints!

We had a great stay at Gone Gulfin’ with our 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was exactly as pictured with plenty of space. A short walk across the main road out of the neighborhood got us to the beach. The pool around the corner was also nice to have. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

It’s very well laid out with enough space for everyone. The kitchen has all the tools if you are doing a night in. The bikes were a nice touch and there was a trailhead in the neighborhood. We had a great time.

The house was perfect. Extremely comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. They thought of most everything a family would look for or need. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool. It would be great if bicycles were included with the rental as most other properties in that area provide them. Overall, we would definitely come back!

We loved the house. It was beautiful and perfect for two families. We loved the fire pit in the backyard. The beach was a quick bike ride or walk away. It was so nice to have bikes provided. We had a fantastic time!

Ideal “Shelter in Place” location (where's the 10-star option?)

We stayed in this home March 15-19, 2020 – just as the coronavirus situation was heating up. I can’t think of a better location to shelter in place and practice social distancing. The home has everything you could need: it’s spacious and tastefully decorated, including beautiful artwork throughout; flat-screen TVs mounted in every room (including the sunroom); a well-designed kitchen with a slow cooker, convection oven, and many other kitchen accessories; a peaceful wrap-around porch with rocking chairs for social distancing with a cool beverage in hand; a smart heating/cooling system; quality linens, etc. There are also a full-sized washer and dryer, and two beach chairs. You can tell this is a family vacation home full of thoughtful details – not a soulless, Ikea-filled box. The home is located in the charming Cassine Village, a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood featuring all-American homes with white picket fences, a beautiful nature trail, pools and lots of opportunities to ride the four bikes that come with the rental. It’s a five-minute walk to the public beach access, ice cream shops, and more. Can’t recommend this home enough and hope we have the good fortune to stay there again.

Great spot for families

The home was spacious for two families with little ones plus a single adult. Enough beds and space for everyone to be comfortable. The place is well furnished and clean. They provided ample bath towels, beach towels and sheets. The walk to the beach was just a couple blocks and getting beach service at the beach was easy. The pool is on the smaller size and the tennis courts are showing some wear but they were sufficient for our uses. The management company was very responsive to our issues and super easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

We had a most wonderful time at this home. The walking distance to the beach was perfect for my family. If we didn’t want to walk,we were able to drive down to the access and drop off our beach gear, which was very helpful. We loved being close to Seaside but not too close to the traffic it can create. We were able to ride our bikes to seaside with no problem. The home was very clean and well kept. All the “extras” were very thoughtful. The Management rep for the property was very kind and helpful before and during our stay. The cassine garden area was a nice quiet area with many nice homes. We will definitely be rebooking with this Home if it is available. Thanks for a great stay and fun memories!!!

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. The location is close to the beach but off the main road so kids can be outside and ride bikes without being close to highway. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Really close to ice cream, shaved ice and pizza places, which was great. The bikes were a wonderful addition and we used them every day. Highly recommend!

The home was even better than we expected from the pictures. Close to the beach, great location east of the crowds of Seaside (can easily ride bikes there) but a block or two from ice cream, pizza, Goatfeathers (fresh fish) and other things. The weather got a little cooler on our last night, so we were able to enjoy the fire pit out back. Great place to stay on 30A!

We loved everything about this house! The amenities were exactly as described. Our girls road the bikes, we chilled on the back deck, grilled out and just had a blast across the board. The house and neighborhood are a very short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and shopping even closer; the neighborhood pools are a great respite from the beach and we used them almost daily after spending 4-5 or so hours on the beach, we’d end the day with a relaxing dip in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and if not careful the air conditioners will freeze you out! All of the furnishings are first class! The couches and all are very comfortable and the TV’s are all large screen and great for evening enjoyment. There are great dishes and silverware and plenty of it. First class experience in every way. We recommend this house in the highest possible manner! We’ll be back for sure!

This home is in a perfect location. It is an easy walk to Seaside and we had some of our best beach walks ever! Gone Gulfin’ is exceptionally well equipped with all the kitchen devices you’ll ever need. The backyard fire pit gave us the opportunity to make s’mores. This is a great vacation home.
