Beautiful Restful Stay at Blue Mountain Beach

Our family had a perfect stay at this condo. It was clean and the property was very well kept- sweet friendly groundskeeper was seen multiple times taking care. The view from condo was perfect to watch the waves during my morning coffee. Lots of space and all the necessary items in the condo. Beach was so beautiful and we were given a credit for Vacayzen chair and umbrellas- service was perfect there. Would absolutely stay here again next time! We were able to walk several restaurants also which is always such a bonus for us.

Amazing vacation spot. Location!!! We loved having an ocean view from our large balcony. We enjoyed bike rides to Pecan Jacks Ice cream each evening. The facility was clean, & the large pool was a great addition. Thank you for everything being as advertised!

The condo was beautiful, great view (saw dolphins from our balcony)! Kitchen was newly done and well equipped. Beds were cozy! Our family had a great stay. It’s walkable to many restaurants and shops! Only gripe is the pool didn’t officially open until 10am and wasn’t ready until then several times and we have early risers

San Remo 303 - perfect beach getaway

We chose San Remo for it's proximity to the beach and the fact it was private beach access, much less crowded than other parts of the beach. The condo was great for our party of 6, we all slept comfortably and had room in other areas of the condo. The balcony was fantastic, big enough for us all to spread out and enjoy the view. The location was also great for walking to shops and restaurants or a short bike ride away to others. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!

Our unit was lovely. The hallway was nice & wide as you enter. A shoe rack might be a nice addition as with 6 guests you can imagine the # of shoes we travel with. The mattress in the first master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable. The bunk beds squeak with turning which made it harder for my girls to sleep. The bunk is also right up to a window & they whistle from the wind (same in 1st master). Also the exterior stairwell door opens & bangs closed during the night. My husband said the latch was broken, we reported this near the end of the week so not sure if it was fixed. It was nice that they included a drying rack to help with the swimsuits. All week long we had trouble watching TV. The service kept kicking us out. This was a daily challenge morning & night which we reported while we were there. One nice surprise was that the balcony did get sunshine around happy hour which made it nice as the temperatures dipped the week we were there. Overall its a great location. The pool temperature was like bath water which was also nice since our temps were in the 60’s & 70’s. The unit is decorated with very soothing colors. Loved our short walk to the beach with only 1 flight of stairs! 30a is unfortunately no longer a secret as we have been coming here over 10 years & were turned off by the added congestion & longer wait times at restaurants but worked around the challenges! Thanks for having us!

San Remo 303 Has it All

We’ve wintered for years somewhere on the northern Gulf Coast, and San Remo 303 was the best base we’ve ever had for exploring and enjoying South Walton and fabled 30A. The property is conveniently located, and the condo itself exemplifies casual luxury -- spacious, comfortably furnished, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and very conveniently arranged.
Above all, San Remo 303 was secluded, private and quiet. We never heard a sound from an adjoining unit, and any street noise is muffled by distance and vegetation on the well-manicured grounds. Even the appliances, from AC to dishwasher, were quiet – so quiet we couldn’t tell when they were running. We loved spending evenings on the spacious covered porch overlooking the building’s private pond, pool and spa and the boardwalk to the sugar-sand beach and azure sea.
The spacious bedrooms easily accommodate comfortable king beds, private baths, spacious closets and big-screen TV. The entire unit’s electronics were state-of-the-art, from broad-spectrum WiFi to smart TV with built-in cable and streaming channels. The entire property is convenient, from covered porte-cochere and elevators, to luggage carts and trash chutes on every floor.
Good food is important to us, and we found 303’s kitchen exceptionally well equipped for whatever we asked of it, from unboxing carry-out pizza to preparing seafood feasts from scratch. The dining area adjoining the kitchen comfortably seats six. For going out, a wide range of restaurants is an easy stroll away along 30A (or on the wide flat beach). Many other restaurants, from Sandestin to Rosemary Beach, are within an easy drive, as are all the region's recreational opportunities.
Perhaps best of all, 303's owner is the most gracious we’ve ever known, ever mindful of guests’ comfort, enjoyment, wants and needs.

Perfect Family condo!

My family enjoyed this perfect condo so much! Beautiful ocean view and just steps away from the beach. Loved the heated pool. This condo is so well decorated and spacious but cozy! We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door! We cant wait to visit again! :)

Stayed 29 nights at this condo and our experience was over and beyond our expectations. The unit was beautifully decorated, kitchen was better equipped than my own, artwork was stunning, furniture was new and tastefully arranged. Plenty of games, books, and big screen tv. Best part was that it was quiet. We could enjoy the fun down at the pool, but close the door and completely quiet to read, nap, or just sit! The unit was spotless. Cleaning crew did an excellent job. So happy to be here and can't wait to go back.

June 2019 Stay

This unit was fantastic for me and my family. The kitchen was my absolute favorite part. There was a Keurig, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and amazing knives. Everything worked very well. The only concern I had was with the guest bathroom. The water leaks from the tub onto the floor, and it appears to be causing damage to the wall beside the bathtub. Maintenance came out to check on it, and said it was from a faulty shower head, which he quickly replaced. However, the leaking continued with usage of the shower. The location is AMAZING. This was our first 30A experience, and we were not disappointed. We spent a night eating at Goatfeathers. Their portion sizes were HUGE and the Shrimp PoBoy was divine. We also ate at Stinky's Fish Camp. You must order the Taste Of Stinky's. Every dish was scrumptious! The downtown area is all walking distance from San Remo, and even better if you have a bike. The cute little shops were fun for the kiddos.
