Rosemary Beach

Developed in 1995, Rosemary Beach is that classic beach town brimming with charm, with over 500 home sites, a mixed use town center with shops, restaurants and activities. Only about 30 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and on the eastern edge of popular Scenic 30A, its 107 acres boast pristine beaches . 

The expertly designed town center is aesthetically delightful. Described as ‘paradise found’, all of Rosemary’s vacation homes are a treat for the eyes and soothing to the soul. This master-planned community is designed to remind visitors of a West Indies beach-side resort and its cobblestone streets with gas lanterns, and also gives the town a European flair.
