COVID-19 Updates

As everything with the ongoing coronavirus situation remains fluid, we wanted to provide you with a brief status on how things currently stand. Please consult local authorities for the most up-to-date information and check this page as needed for additional updates. 

Businesses and Restaurants

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus please be aware that businesses may be operating differently and may or may not require face masks be worn.  Social distancing measures may be in place and staff may be wearing masks or other protective equipment, but this is not required by law. 

What You Can Do to Help Stop the Spread

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus and avoid exposing other people. Our community needs you to continue to practice social distancing (6 feet of physical distance) at all times while on your vacation, and avoid gathering in groups of 10 or more. This includes your time spent on the beach. Make sure to wash your hands often and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. The best practice for hand washing is 20 seconds with soap and water. Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if you don’t have access to soap and water.

We also want to assure you that we are taking the necessary precautions within each and every rental property. We have worked with our cleaning companies to make sure they are using appropriate disinfectants and paying extra attention to surfaces and high-touch areas. And during all of our post-cleaning inspections, we have been taking extra time to wipe down and disinfect these high-touch areas.
