It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year on 30A

The beach towns of 30A are lit up with lights, a slight drop in temperature reminds us of a change in season and background melodies reminds us that the holidays are upon us. What a wonderful time to be visiting the beautiful beaches of 30A! Here’s a few reasons why we love 30A for the holidays. 

Holiday Concerts

Listen to your favorite holiday classics from over 30 brass instruments at Baytowne Wharf for the annual Tuba Christmas on Saturday, December 8th, from 6:00-8:00pm. Get into the holiday spirit with Holiday Pops concert featuring Sinfonia Gulf Coast on Saturday, December 15th, at 5:00pm held at the Seaside Amphitheater. Sing along to holiday favorites outdoors and under the stars!

Santa Sightings

Santa himself will be visiting Grand Boulevard on Saturday, December 8th, from 2:00-3:00pm. It’s the perfect opportunity for kids to get a photo with Santa and put in their Christmas requests. The Pearl hotel in Rosemary Beach will host a breakfast with Santa on Sunday, December 16th, from 8:00-11:00am. Get your picture taken with Santa and his holiday helpers! 

Ugly Sweater Parties

Tis the season for ugly sweaters and the patrons of South Walton know just how to celebrate them. Ugly Sweater Party at Louis Louis takes place on Saturday, December 8th, at 9:00pm. Wear your ugliest sweater and get ready to jingle around the clock. Redds Fueling Station invites you to break out your most hideous Christmas sweater and join them on Friday, December 21st, at 7:30pm for yummy food, cold drinks and live music. Local Catch presents Tacky Christmas Party on Saturday, December 22nd, at 8:00pm. Wear your tackiest, itchiest Christmas sweater and party with Forrest Williams Band!

Winter Ice and Christmas Lights

Baytowne Wharf invites you to 12 Nights of Light every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 6:00pm for the month of December. Watch three dazzling shows on the Village tree and sparkling lights throughout the Village. Experience some holiday magic on Saturday, December 22nd, from 9:00am-1:00pm when the Village of Baytowne turns into a Winter Wonderland full of real snow! Join the Friends of Eden Gardens State Park on Saturday, December 15th from 5:00-8:00pm for the annual Christmas Candlelight Tour and Open House at Eden Gardens. Walk through the luminaries throughout the park to the Historic Wesley House and the beautifully decorated rooms.
