10th Annual Digital Graffiti

There’s an event on the beaches of South Walton that will take your breath away. An artist’s event with talent that will leave you speechless. An event that exceeds your expectations each and every year. This annual event is Digital Graffiti and it celebrates its 10th year on the beautiful beaches of Alys Beach on 30A. 

A brilliant splash of color explodes on the famous white walls of Alys Beach on May 19th through the 21st. Digital Graffiti is an original projection art festival blending design, technology and architecture together to turn this powder white sand beach town into a colorful work of art! The latest digital technologies are used by artist to project their original works onto the well-known white walls of Alys Beach.

Along with the many admirers of art, technology and architecture there will be digital artists, filmmakers, musicians, interactive designers, photographers, VJs, producers and celebrities present at the event. Winning artists are awarded thousands of dollars in cash prizes. Last year’s Best of Show went to Son Lux-Change is Everything, The Made Shop/ Nathan Johnson of Los Angeles, California. Digital Graffiti will feature “meet the artists of 2017” series on its website each week. 

On Friday, May 19th from 8-11pm, Digital Graffiti kicks off its 10th Annual festival with an opening night street party! Attendees will be welcomed with music, food and drinks for the whole family. On Saturday, May 20th from 8-11pm, enjoy an all-inclusive food and drink experience. Stop along the festival’s path to taste samples from local and regional chefs, winemakers, distillers and breweries. This event is for guests 21 years of age and older. On Sunday, May 21st from 11am-1pm, the closing of the 10th Annual Digital Graffiti takes place at Abroleda Park with brunch and mimosas. 

10th Annual Digital Graffiti will open your eyes to how design, architecture and technology can tangle together to transform an entire town into a work of art!
