20 Days on 30A

March 20th marks the official day of spring time. How will you spend this season’s last 20 days on 30A? Warmer temperatures are just around the corner. Daylight savings brings longer days and abundant sunshine. All things we’ve been eagerly anticipating to bring about spring!

On the first full weekend of March, the 30A Wine Festival will be held at Alys Beach, a cute little beach town sitting in between Seacrest Beach and Rosemary. From the 6th through the 8th this newly expanded three-day event will feature wine tasting seminars, a walkabout grand tasting, live music and Sunday’s exclusive event, Pork & Pinot, featuring a Croquet Tournament. A perfect way to ‘wine’ down the season!

On the 14th of March 30A celebrates St. Patrick’s Day! This 8th annual celebration will include a festive parade, a performance from the Drake School of Irish Dance, a Texas based Celtic Band Cleghorn and Canadian sensation Searson live on the center stage at Gulf Place. The party starts at noon with the Pet Pawty Costume Contest. Presenting fun activities throughout the day with Princess Fairy Tea Party & Pirates Den, Adventure Zone, Face painting Bouncy Castle, Pot’ O Gold treasure hunt and more! Let the luck of the Irish will take you into spring.

On March 18th the town of Alys Beach begins the Spring Concert Series. Enjoy an amazing evening under the stars with live music from talented local musicians. Musical line-up for the spring season includes Farewell Angelina, Geoff McBride, Fearless Heights, The Running of the Bulls and Boukou Groove. Be entertained at Alys Beach Amphitheatre every Wednesday evening from 6-8pm with music, friends and fun. The perfect scene for a successful spring season!
