Carrabba's Faust Wine Dinner to Benefit Sinfonia Gulf Coast

You're invited to Carrabba's on June 11th at 6:00pm for a delicious dinner featuring Faust and other Quintessa wines. This incredible evening of wine and food is limited so reservations are necessary. $75 per person includes all food and wine pairings with proceeds benefiting the Sinfonia Gulf Coast.

Carrabba's will offer selections from their new menu:

Antipasti:
Italian Chicken Pizza
Tomato Caprese

Salad:
Citrus arugula salad

Primi Piatti:
Salmon Cartoccio
"Salmon cooked in "cartoccio"(parchment bag).  Seasoned with fresh lemon and thyme on a bed of orzo primavera with zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, roasted tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, oregano and basil."

Main course:
Grilled Tuscan skewers
"Braised pork, slow cooked with fresh lemon, rosemary and garlic. Skewered and wood grilled with roasted orange bell peppers, served over grilled asparagus and topped with our Italian Chimichurri sauce."

Dessert:
Panna cotta with raspberries

Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc, Faust & Saldo
