We really enjoyed our stay and will return! We loved the comfort of the 2 couches and recliners in the living room. We booked the rental and loved the convenience of the 2 golf carts, so we could visit relatives down the street while our 2 adult sons played golf, pickleball, etc. The management company was very professional, easy to communicate with, and handled any questions/requests quickly. The property has a great layout, number of bedrooms, and was very clean. My only recommendation from having a rental property of my own would be to have a few more starter amenities like enough garbage bags for all cans in the kitchen with 1 extra for each and starter coffee pods/creamers for the 1st morning in case your guests don't have time to grocery shop until the next day. We would definitely recommend the property and will rent again in the future as we visit family that own in Villa Lago and don't always have room to house everyone over the holidays.

The vacation rental was clean and spacious.
I failed to read the full discription and was unaware the master bed and bath was upstairs. I will also say completely my fault in not researching the neighborhood. I think the property is perfect for golfong and shopping. There is no privacy outside the home and it is a little difficult to get to beach, especially with young children. Again, this is my mistake for not researching the area. one of the golf carts wouldn't hold charge but that was reported and hopefully fixed although I was responsible for towing fee. Benchmark has amazing response time and was very helpful with our questions and minor issues we encountered.

We love the area as well. Amazing restaurants within a 10 minute golf cart ride. You can also take the golf carts down to the beach.
