Up on the 3rd floor, you'll find a bunk room with full-over-full bunks and an additional twin bed. This floor also features a bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

For a bit of fun and entertainment, head to the game room, fully equipped with a foosball table and a TV, making it a perfect hangout spot. When you're ready for some fresh air, step out onto the screened-in porch, complete with a gas grill for barbecue evenings. With comfortable seating and an outdoor TV, it's also a perfect place for unwinding and enjoying the great outdoors.

You're just 0.3 miles away from the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
