Condo was a good value, bed was not the best but ok! We had to mop floor and clean some windows on arrival . They had been neglected for a while, not terrible but not acceptable either.

This is our second time to stay at Rollin Tide Villas and it is one of my favorite places to stay. Close in proximity to the beach and one of our favorite restaurants Angelinas! Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed! Definitely will stay again!

The cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Decorated very nice, beach feel. Kitchen has everything you need, new appliances and freshly painted. CONDO had areas you could walk you dogs and poop sack locations. Pool is nice and about 4 blocks to the beach. Awesome Italian restaurant you can walk to and ice cream shop as well. As of 5/27/22 I highly recommend this condo.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rollin Tide C8. I was so excited to find this very nice, and very clean, condo so I could bring my furry friend. We loved it. I appreciate that there was an area to walk him in the complex, complete with dog waste bags and trash cans. That was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great dog friendly condo near the beach

We enjoyed our recent stay at the condo in Rollin Tide. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. The patio faced a pleasant courtyard pool. There were several places to eat within walking distance and a beach access not too far away. There was adequate parking and a convenient area to walk the dog.

We loved the location of Rollin Tide Villas- it was out of the chaos of Seaside but close enough to enjoy restaurants etc. We wished that c-8 had a frying pan and a hair dryer but if we rent this again we will bring these items. The condo was clean. The only other complaint was that there was a big family reunion going on and they took over the pool every evening where they had dinner so we felt like there was no room for us!
