Mellow Yellow

Mellow Yellow is a cozy, family cottage located in the center of Seagrove Beach. This charming house sleeps six with three bedrooms (2 with king beds), two baths and a large open living area where everyone can enjoy sharing their daily beach experiences. The front wraparound screened porch is loaded with comfortable furniture so you can enjoy the evening's balmy breezes. The backyard is fenced, has a back deck and private outdoor shower for summer use and a gas indoor fireplace for winter chills.

Mellow Yellow has everything needed to make your beach vacation perfect, no matter what season! The Gulf Mist community pool is located just steps from the cottage and is a great place to cool off after a long day in the sun and surf. This cozy community of beach cottages is directly across the street C-30A from the beautiful beach and close to the well-known community of Seaside. Enjoy biking or walking along the trail that follows C-30A, explore nature trails, state parks and dune lakes along our unspoiled beach areas.

  **THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
