The location is perfect for Seagrove - and close to beach.

Love this condo. Lots of space and a good variety of seating and sleeping options. Fun art on the walls that give a great vacation feel. Very clean and bright with lots of cabinets and hooks for all the beach/pool stuff. Easy walk to the beach.

This was a long weekend Grandmom, daughter, granddaughter and her friend. This is a very good location, directly across from the beach, easy access. The upholstered furnishings are beginning to show their age, it’s time for them to be “ refreshed”. It’s a very walkable area.

BEAUTIFUL WEEK IN SEASIDE

We enjoyed our stay. This unit has great potential but is in real need of some upgrades. Furniture needs replacing and bathroom needs updating. Murphy bed was great and surprisingly comfortable. Pull out couch is a no go. Mattress is nonexistent. Would not choose this unit again but will go back to the complex. Hidden Beach is a fantastic place to stay. It’s quiet, right across from Pelayo Beach which offers chair service and a private beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Can’t beat it!

This rental is nicely decorated and very clean. It is perfect for a short term rental and getaway. The only suggestion would be that the mattresses weren't that comfortable. It is a great place and right across from beach access.

We loved our stay this year! Everything was tidy and clean. The only issue was that the freezer smelled like someone had kept fish in it for a while, but otherwise perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Recently made a quick beach trip and stayed at HB 228 for the first time. Definitely will not be my last. Unit was cheery, clean, comfy and well-equipped. The short walk to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets made my trip perfect. The location is close to many amenities. I have used Garrett Realty on several occasions, and they are always great!

This was my first stay in Seagrove, my husband had visited with family many times in the past -- and we so surprised at the value of our suite. It was big, clean, and perfect for us. We stayed 3 nights, were able to walk to the beach everyday -- and ride bikes to Seaside for lunch/ dinner every night. I would absolutely recommend Hidden Villas, as well as stay there again.

I was looking for an affordable rental for the weekend. I was totally expecting the typical beach condo for the price - you know, 80s floral, a few ugle fish pictures on the wall. WOW was I surprised!! 228 is modern, well decorated, comfortable, and so homey. Granite countertops, nice appliances, Cuisinart cookware, real wine glasses, comfortable stylish furniture. I can't say enough good things about this place. I remember sitting at the bar watching TV on the flat screen one night thinking I wouldn't mind living in this apartment. Kudos to the owners! We'll be coming back!

I was already excited about our stay here just from the pictures but was still surprised when I arrived. The condo is verywell updated and very comfortable. My two kids loved the bunks and the art on the walls. When we come back to this area we will be looking up this condo again!

Our family discovered the Hidden Beach Villas several years ago. It offered great value for a week's vacation on the beautiful beaches of 30A. Imagine our surprise and delight when we opened the door to unit 228! This was not the Hidden Beach Villas we remembered! This unit is extraordinary and may just be the greatest value on the 30A. The owners have obviously gone beyond conventional rental decorating to provide a comfortable home for us renters.
The unit has hardwood floors, built in double bunk beds, overstuffed chairs and couch, and the most wonderfully engineered pull-down murphy bed that hides in the wall during the day and swallows you up in comfort at night. The walls are covered in original art from local and famous artists and the kitchen is appointed with excellent new appliances. No cheap wine glasses or flatware here. The owners understand the little things make the difference and they provide it all. There is a flat screen television and the complete collection of Carl Hiaasen novels for great beach reading.
This is a great place for a family or even for a romantic hideaway. We have been comfortable here with our kids and enjoyed it for a second honeymoon stay. We will return for many years to come. This has to be the crown jewel in Hidden Beach Villas and we thank the owners for making this unit so special.

We spent ten blissful days in this cutest condo of all time! We've come to 30A for our vacations for years, and this was by far our favorite rental. The unit was cheerful and bright, everything was in new and pristine condition, and we could have been comfortable staying ten times as long. We didn't break the bank on our rental and still got to enjoy our deck overlooking the pool, easy access to the prettiest stretch of the Emerald Coast, and walking distance to all of our favorite Seaside and Seagrove Beach hang outs. Even on the rainy days we were happy and cozy staying inside in the colorful comfort of Unit 228. We can't wait to go back!!!

Loved the condo, easy beach access with outdoor shower and boardwalk, pool, cabana, amenities, and unbeatable rates! The white powder sand beach and emerald water were stunning. Best location and best value on 30A. Beautiful sunset strolls along the beach to Seaside for dinner and cocktails. Try the 32 oz. Modica Mimosa with fresh-squeezed orange juice just down the street at Modica Market in Seaside (fresh-squeezed lemonade is also excellent), and dinner at The Red Bar. My husband and I highly recommend Hidden Beach Villas and Garrett Realty. Our family has rented condos in Hidden Beach Villas and other condos nearby, and this is our favorite. We plan to return with friends and family, with everyone renting their own units at Hidden Beach Villas. Friends have also done a winter rental at Hidden Beach Villas, and loved it. Overall, an amazing vacation experience, and we can't wait to return!
