A little cozy gem in the perfect location to public beach access directly across the street. Murphy bed was questionable comfort for 2 as felt like a roll away. Would recommend update broken blinds and move out large furniture pieces. If you’re looking for new this property is not for you! We’d return!

Hidden Beach Getaway

The property was in a great location. The beach was across the street, several restaurants within walking distance, and there wasn't as much traffic as down the road in Seaside. The property was well maintained. The unit was clean but could use a lot of updates. I would stay here again but maybe in a different updated unit.

The company does a phenomenal job working with you to make your experience seamless and contactless. We received our door code via email and instructions while we stayed there. The apartment was a bit smaller than we thought as it is a studio (no bedroom). The bed is a fold down Murphy Bed and the couch also opens into a bed if you needed to sleep extra people. The best part of this apartment is it is only about 50 yards from access to the beach. Maybe 100 yards to the beach itself. We would rent this place again simply for that reason. Our best experience dining was at George's but be prepared for a line. They open at 5pm and don't take reservations. Its first come first serve. A line develops by 4 or 4:30pm. If you are a party of 2 you may get in faster as my wife and I experienced.

Great Room

Great room that is right across from the walkway to the beach! Room was clean and comfy. Not sure how this would sleep 4 bc there was one pull down bed for 2 people and a large couch for 1. The couch did not seem to open so I'm not sure if fourth person is meant to sleep on the recliner. We only had 2 people so it was no issue.

Excellent surprise

I was skeptical having never used Garrett before to book one of my frewuent trips to the area. My little Villa was well equipped and affordable. Best if all was the staff at the office. Delightful and lovely ladies made me feel as if I were the only customer of the week. I will use them again and often.

Fun week

This place is so close to the beach, just a few steps and you're at the boardwalk which is a nicely covered by trees. This place is perfect for a small group. I just wish that the bed was a little but more comfy, but what can I say...it's so affordable. We were close to everything, we really had a great time for 7 days.

We stayed at Hidden Beach, Unit 106 for 7 nights, mid April 2014. It was our first experience with a Murphy bed, and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and ease of usage. The unit was clean and as described. It had most everything that was needed for cooking. The one thing that was missing was coffee filters. We bought some and left some for the next guests. Beach access is just across the street and down the walkway and steps. We stayed when that unit was included at a special price, so we appreciated that part as well. Check in was easy and friendly. For some reason, I had difficulty getting service with my Tracfone on 30A. That was not the fault of the rental, but just a note for those with Tracfone. It may just be my phone as well. I would recommend staying at Hidden Beach.

This is our second time staying at Hidden Beach Villas. We stayed last year in the same room. We love it here. It is very family friendly and we also have meet several people that come each year at the same time. We all have become good friends. Garrett Realty has been so helpful if ever a need they have taken care of the need promptly. I will continue to use Garrett each visit we come to Florida. Thanks for being not only a realty but being friends to us.
