The accommodations were so lovely!!! Clean and comfortable, well decorated and everything you needed was available in the kitchen. We particularly liked the quiet beach and the beach view from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed having a separate bathroom for every bedroom! Magnificent and restful get away!

Absolutely perfect rental

This is the ideal rental for Seagrove Beach and 30A. 3 BR/3 Bath was amazing for two families and kids. The facility is amazing with only 8 total units, covered parking for 2 cars per unit, a great elevator that was clean and functional, luggage carts available for move-in, and even a trash chute for easy garbage disposal. This unit is on the top floor and has a penthouse feel with amazing views of the ocean and sealife. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was simple. The AC worked wonderfully and was a blast of refreshment each time we came in from the heat. The patio is the star, but the living room, breakfast area and kitchen were perfect. I'd LOVE to own this place. Everything worked and was great.

Amazing week at Grand Playa

My husband, two sons and I spent the week at GP 401 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The condo is spacious, clean and plenty roomy for four adults. Kitchen was as well stocked as I've seen on 30A. The porch and chairs were amazing. We spent hours out there. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived but Benchmark worked their butts off to get it cleaned for us. We've been coming to Seagrove (and Grayton) for nearly 30 years and this was one of the best homes we've stayed in. Easy walk to the beach and best of all, so quiet. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

We needed a wonderful vacation. My husband, mother and myself relaxed on the beach, spoke with wonderful people and enjoyed local restaurants. The best part was being with our family and enjoying God’s magnificent wonders. The funniest was the chance to swim with Sting Rays. When we come back we plan to do the same thing. We absolutely love this place and staying in your beautiful condo! Our 3rd year at GPL but been coming to seaside since 1999.

We came to the beach for Hinson- His daughter and Grandson could not make it this year! My husband, friends, family, wife and son came with us. The weather was sunny, windy, high of 80’s. We enjoyed resting, enjoyed the porch so much! Views and eating meals. The best part was relaxing, catching up, waves breaking on the shore, marveling over 58 years of marriage and all the changes on 30A! The funniest thing that happened was our neighbor’s son threw his nerf ball to the 4th floor but it landed on 401 porch, rather than 402! Left a note if we could return it and it was so cute. We will return and enjoy the moment and wonderful opportunity!! We love the uplifting décor’ and perfect comfort of your lovely beach home! Also, the great well marked coverage! 5 out of 5

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful with wonderful gulf views. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, walking and biking along 30A. Golf carts and bikes are a great form of transportation since parking is hard to fine. Especially in Seaside area.
Nothing beats waking up and looking at the beach and hearing the waves!

We visited for my kids Spring Break and my son’s Birthday. The weather was mid 70’s. We sun bathed, ate out an alligator tour, shopped PCB, celebrated a B-Day by eating at Flannery’s. The best part was listening to the Ocean Waves and hanging out with family. We watched the kid’s play in the sand up to his neck. When we come back, we want to parasail and possibly zip line. Thank you for all of your hospitality. Your place is perfectly nestled right on the beach & the best views in town. Loved your decorations!

We were ready for a relaxing Beach Vacation. My Husband, Brother, nephew and myself visited and the weather was beautiful. We spent time on the beach, rode bikes, walked, ate out and relaxed. The best part of the trip was EVERYTHING! I was a klutz and fell over my bike at the walk and landing on other bikes. When we come back we want to do all the same things. It was the first time staying at your beach home and it is BEAUTIFUL! Stocked, beautifully decorated and we will be back!

Everything was great! Our only complaint was that the pool was dirty when we arrived and was only cleaned once during our stay which is not enough.

The condo was well-appointed and perfect for our family of 6. There were however, two negatives. One was the beach service options. The rental gear credit was a nice amenity but we would have preferred to have the credit applied to beach service for set up. Hauling our chairs up and down each day was inconvenient requiring one of us to go down by 6:00 a.m. to secure a spot near the water. The second negative was the size and location of the grill. It was tiny, making it difficult to grill for 6 people. Plus, the sprinkler system went on while my husband was grilling (during the dinner hour) with the spray soaking him.

Had an amazing week in unit 401! Accommodations were perfect for us as a family of 6. Clean, updated unit complete with all the appliances and bakeware for your cooking needs - your family chef will be pleased. Close to great restaurants - Café 30A is amazing and just 5 minutes away - if cooking isn't your thing or you want to go out. The condo décor is elegant, but cozy with beachy touches! Our family also enjoyed all the games and puzzles available for our use during a rainy day. Beautiful view of the pool and beach from the balcony and the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Access to the pool and beach couldn't be better. What a place for a vacation on 30A! Not our first time staying here and it will definitely not be our last!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at grand playa. The ease of parking, the elevator up to the unit and easy access to Pool and Beach were amazing. The beautifully decorated condo was very clean, tidy and stocked full of essentials that we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed enjoyed the mattresses in the bedrooms, the fact that each bedroom had its own bath was great. The patio overlooking the golf with comfy chairs and dining table are a bonus as well. Love the location...close to Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary. We love that we could rent chairs down on the water...not have to worry about lugging stuff up and down story day. It really made for a restful vacation.

Our recent stay at the Grand Playa 401 was incredible! The condo is the perfect set up for multiple families. Two of the bedrooms have king beds making it ideal for two couples and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a single day bed, making it the perfect bedroom for multiple kiddos to stay in. Additionally, for those with babies, the master bedrooms have closets large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play. It was the perfect set up for my sister and I to vacation and get away with our families. The beds are all very comfortable and we really appreciated having 3 bathrooms. The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beach is just a staircase away and the view from the balcony is stunning! This should be the place you book in 30A!

My family and I recently stayed at Grand Playa in condo 401. We had the best experience! The balcony has a perfect view of both the pool and ocean. It is slightly tucked away from the road so you don’t hear a lot of noise from on going traffic. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous! The beds are all comfortable and I liked there were 3 bathrooms! We will be coming back in the future for sure!

Amazing getaway with family and friends! We enjoyed this vacation home (Grand Playa 401) with our friends and children. The views of the beach are fantastic from the top floor. The unit is very spacious for a family or for friends and family. It has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms making it very easy to accommodate adults or children too. The home is very tastefully decorated. You can easily tell that it is not a standard rental unit because the furnishings are not your “run of the mill” rental type. Everything is well kept and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for cooking. The home also has a full size laundry room, making travel easy. The complex only has 8 units so it is not crowded at all. The beach is easy to access. The pool is a great place to relax after being at the beach all day! The unit is close enough to Seaside to enjoy the shops and restaurants, but just far enough to a avoid a crowd. We have stayed at several beach rentals in Seagrove Beach and 30A and this is by far the best unit we have stayed! We highly recommend Grand Playa 401!

My husband and I spent 4 days at Grand Playa 401 a few weeks ago. It is the first time we have stayed at the beach for more than 1-2 nights and it was glorious! The condominium was immaculate and beautifully decorated, while being extremely homey and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked so we could enjoy staying in for some meals. The easy access to the beach led to miles of walking in the sand and enjoying the waves. The roomy back porch was so peaceful for enjoying a cup of coffee/tea and a good book. The bed was so comfortable and being able to hear the waves at night was amazing!
The view from the family room was spectacular! When we looked out the windows, it looked as though we were on a cruise ship—-all we could see was water for miles! WOW, God is an amazing creator!
We are so fortunate to be close to the most beautiful beaches and were blessed to enjoy the area from your fabulous property. Please extend our gratitude to the owner of the condominium for a few days in paradise.

Our stay at 401 Grand Playa was just PERFECT! It felt like sunshine on the inside with a breathtaking ocean view overlooking the balcony! We couldn’t get enough of watching the sparkling waves dance on the glimmering sands! And the sunset was spectacular. Everything you want to enjoy on vacation. We would choose here again and again! The open floor plan made us feel very connected while we were also able to have privacy in our own spacious rooms if desired. Definitely a favorite spot for us!

Loved Our Recent Stay!!

We loved our recent stay at the Grand Playa 401. The parking was plenty and VERY close to the front door, the décor was warm and welcoming and the accommodations were clean and spacious. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of time and effort into making the place renter-friendly; Internet codes, pool codes, directions for
remote controls, etc. are all clearly marked. We appreciated that every kitchen appliance we needed (coffee pot, pots/ pans, etc.) were available and there was even a vacuum to get up stray sand we brought up from the beach (so we didn't have to deal with it the rest of our stay). The balcony has the BEST view ever, there were plenty of chairs outside for our family. We especially enjoyed the extra large kitchen table that could hold our entire family. We ordered pizza one night and it was great to all eat around one big table. Another thing that was especially helpful for our family was the bedroom set up. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds with en suite bathrooms, making it a perfect place for two families with a few young kiddos. The closets were also big enough to accommodate a pak-n-play so that the littlest ones could sleep in the dark and peace. The third bedroom with a queen bed and a day bed was perfect for the older kiddos. We could not have been any more happy with Grand Playa 401.

We absolutely love staying at grand playa 401. The place is spacious and so well decorated. The views are amazing, and the condo has everything you need: comfy beds and linens, tv’s in all rooms, all appliances etc. that you would need in the kitchen, short walk to the pool and beach. It literally has everything. Every time we go, it is so peaceful and quiet since so few condos are in the unit. We absolutely love this place and couldn’t recommend it enough! You will love staying there!

Our stay was for a week which began at the very end of July into the first week of August. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed as far as dishes, silverware, bakeware, laundry, etc. It really didn't lack for any necessities. The condo was well taken care of and the view of the beach from the condo was absolutely beautiful. It was a short walk down the steps, around the gorgeous pool, and onto the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us for sleeping and relaxing at the condo. It held all of us very comfortably. It's near so many restaurants and shops to visit, bike riding, etc. and the beach itself was beautiful. We enjoyed it so much we have it booked again for this summer. Can't wait to go back again!

"Home away from home (if your home is luxurious.) The only problem with Grand Playa 401 is that you never want to leave. Everything conspires to keep you here: absolute comfort, thoughtful details, beautiful sunsets, the beach outside your door, a pool next to that, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, bathrooms for everyone. The hosts personify graciousness. We are completely spoiled and no other vacation spot will ever compare. We can't wait to come back!"

We recently stayed at The Grand Playa unit 401. We absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely be back. Loved that is was beach side and the views were amazing! The owners truly care about making the guest experience a great one, as they had every appliance and kitchen ware that you would ever need. Also scattered throughout the place were hidden extension cords which I personally loved. I always hate when I am sitting on the couch or in in bed and I have to get up to charge my phone or other device, so the extension cords made my stay just that more relaxing. The condo was SPOTLESS and it was just truly a fantastic experience!

We spent a beautiful gurls weekend at the Grand Playa 401. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves soaking up the beautiful views from the balcony. Our conversations there were endless because the furniture was so cozy. The condo was perfectly furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The owners even stocked it full of books and puzzles for us to enjoy! We went in October when the weather had just started to cool off but the beach was breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. Our family of 6 recently stayed the week at the incredible 401 Grand Playa. We have teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone! Covered parking, bonus! The decor is gorgeous, every piece seems to have been placed with such thought and careful selection. The kitchen had everything for our family to cook meals and the dining table provided plenty of room to eat although the balcony was our favorite place to dine! The den area was so comfortable and provided enough space for all six of us to relax and play games. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made us all forget we were traveling. The walk to the beach was short and sweet and the sunsets were spectacular. We were walking distance or a short bike ride to many restaurants and the grocery store is right in the neighborhood. This condo is on the top of our list to return to for hopefully many years to come! It is absolutely wonderful, we just can’t say enough good things.

I recently stayed at this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The view is spectacular and the balcony is large and easily fits the whole family! We could hardly tear ourselves away from the balcony to enjoy the beach.However the beach was fantastic. The week of our visited we had the joy of being practically the only family on the beach. Every bedroom is decorated with fabulous bedding and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large dining table to eat and also had room for a jigsaw puzzle too! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for the family. I would highly recommend this warm spacious and inviting condo. Hope to make another visit to this great location again soon.

This unit was absolutely beautiful, and exceedingly comfortable. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you would find at home.
We spent long hours just relaxing on the spacious balcony overlooking the sandy beaches and pristine waters. Because the whole complex only has 8 units total, tenants enjoy quiet privacy and uncrowded pool/beach areas. It was also nice to look at some natural foliage and sand dunes as part of the scenery and only added to the uniqueness of this wonderful place. There are very few high-rises in sight so the beach walks give you a sense of “old Florida”.
The experience couldn’t have been better and we will definitely be back asking for the identical unit. 5 stars!!!

We have been vacationing in the North Florida beaches for over 30 years, and our favorite area is along 30A. Our most recent stay at Grand Playa, unit 401, met surpassed our every expectation. The owners have done an amazing job updating and decorating this unit. It was luxurious, yet comfortable. The custom draperies and bedding were a unique experience - not at all common in a vacation rental. I loved the layout of the condo, with each of the 3 bedrooms having it's own bath. The kitchen was well equipped, open to the living area and availed itself to the gorgeous beach views. The large balcony lured us even in inclement weather! This condo is elegant and extravagant - and will guarantee that guests will re-book! I particularly appreciated that the condo was kid friendly, uncluttered and free of breakable trappings. Cannot wait to return!

We had a fabulous stay. We love the promixity to Seaside and to the beach. The beach view and large porch are awesome! The fact that Grand Playa has only 8 units makes it easy to park and get unpacked. The unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One inside each room. The unit has lovely linens and furnishings. We really loved this unit and want to stay there again!!!

This is a wonderful unit. The three bathrooms are in the bedrooms. The view of the beach is amazing. The trip from the unit to the beach is quick and easy. The parking is great. The linens, drapes, and furniture are very nice. The unit is well equipped with what you need for a great week. The proximity to Seaside was perfect for riding bikes. We loved the low density of the complex while being on a fun part of the beach. We hope to go back!

This was our first time at Grand Playa and we loved everything about Unit 401. We have been searching for the perfect place for over twenty years, all up and down 30-A, from Fort Walton to Rosemary Beach. It had everything we wanted! It is comfortable and big for four adults, well decorated and clean. Loved the Master, porch and kitchen. We want to rent it for two weeks next year!

We LOVED our stay in Grand Playa 401! It is sunny and spacious with a clean, uncluttered style that is beach-perfect. Beautiful natural colors, super soft linens, and space galore. Exceptionally large master bed and bath. Stunning open flow from kitchen to dining to living areas all with panoramic view of surf through large bank of gulf front windows. We will be back!

Very nice unit and a great location in Seagrove Beach, near Seaside. The balcony was large and has a fantastic view overlooking the Pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are perfect!!! Large condo with everything you need to make this a perfect vacation!
